Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Keterbukaan informasi ini berkenaan dengan rencana
pembelian kembali saham yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan
terbuka dan dalam kondisi pasar yang berfluktuasi secara
signifikan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan berkeyakinan bahwa pelaksanaan transaksi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Pembelian Kembali Saham Perseroan tidak akan memberikan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dampak material terhadap kegiatan usaha Perseroan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau termasuk dampak terhadap penurunan pendapatan. Hal ini
Perusahaan Publik mengingat Perseroan memiliki modal kerja dan arus kas yang
cukup untuk melakukan pembiayaan transaksi bersamaan
dengan kegiatan usaha Perseroan. Untuk keperluan
Pembelian Kembali Saham termasuk biaya transaksinya,
Perseroan akan sepenuhnya menggunakan kas internal
Perseroan.
Terdapat dampak positif yaitu naiknya laba bersih per lembar
saham yang akan meningkatkan nilai pemegang saham dan
kinerja saham Perseroan. Demikian juga akan terjadi
peningkatan rasio ROA dan ROE yang lebih baik sehingga
berdasarkan penjelasan di atas, Perseroan berkeyakinan
bahwa pelaksanaan transaksi pembelian kembali saham
Perseroan tidak akan memberikan dampak yang material
terhadap kegiatan usaha serta dampak langsung terhadap
pendapatan Perseroan. Namun akan meningkatkan nilai
Pemegang saham serta struktur permodalan yang lebih baik.

Description of Material Information or This disclosure of information relates to the share buyback
Facts plan issued by a public company and in significantly fluctuating
market conditions.
Impact of event, material information or The Company believes that the implementation of the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company's Share Buyback transaction will not have a material
Company’s operational activities, legal, impact on the Company's business activities, including the
financial condition, or going concern impact on the decline in revenue. This is considering that the
Company has sufficient working capital and cash flow to
finance the transaction along with the Company's business
activities. For the purposes of the Share Buyback including
transaction costs, the Company will fully use the Company's
internal cash.
There is a positive impact, namely an increase in net profit per
share which will increase shareholder value and the
Company's stock performance. Likewise, there will be an
increase in the ROA and ROE ratios which are better so that
based on the explanation above, the Company believes that
the implementation of the Company's share buyback
transaction will not have a material impact on business
activities and a direct impact on the Company's revenue.
However, it will increase shareholder value and a better capital
structure.
