PT Persada Agro Nusantara (PAN) merupakan perusahaan terkendali dari Perseroan melalui AMP yang sahamnya dimiliki AMP sebesar 99,9Yo. d. FLTI merupakan perusahaan terkendali dari Perseroan melalui AMP yang sahamnya dimiliki AMP sebesar 99,90. e. FLTI membagikan dividen sebesar Rp 66,034,600,000. f. DJ merupakan perusahaan terkendali dari Perseroan melalui AMP yang sahamnya dimiliki AMP sebesar 99,9Yo. 9g. DJ membagikan dividen sebesar Rp 70,950,000,000. (AMP) which is a controlled company of the Company whose shares are owned by the Company amounting to 94.93Yo. c. PT Persada Agro Nusantara (PAN) is a company controlled by the Company through AMP whose shares are owned by AMP at 99.9Yo. d. FLTI is a company controlled by the Company through AMP whose shares are owned by AMP at 99.9Y9. e. FLTI distributed dividends of IDR 66,034,600,000. f. DL is a controlled company of the Company through AMP whose Sshares are 99.9Yo owned by AMP. 9. DLJ distributes dividends of IDR 70,950,000,000. Dampak Transaksi Tidak berdampak material atas transaksi Pembagian dividen perusahaan terkendali perseroan PT First Lamandau Timber International (FLTI) dan PT Dwiwira Lestari Jaya (DLJ) tersebut.
