  With reference to the Indonesia Stock Exchange announcements No. Peng-SPT-00004/BEI.PP1/06-2026,
  Peng-SPT-00011/BEI.PP2/06-2026, and Peng-SPT-00015/BEI.PP3/06-2026 dated June 30, 2026,
  regarding the Temporary Suspension of Securities Trading of PT Singaraja Putra Tbk (the “Company”),
  and the submission of the Independent Practitioner’s Assurance Report on the Compilation of Pro Forma
  Consolidated Financial Information as of December 31, 2025, which indicates that the Company recorded
  positive equity following the implementation of the Rights Issue, the Exchange hereby lifts the Temporary
  Suspension of Securities Trading of the Company’s shares in all markets effective from Session 1 of the
  Full Call Auction on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. Accordingly, all securities of the Company may be traded
  again in all markets.

  All interested parties are advised to continuously pay attention to the information disclosures submitted
  by the Company.

  The above is hereby announced for public information.
