sebesar 10,00% per tahun, dengan jangka waktu 3 tahun sejak tanggal perjanjian pinjaman.

The transaction constitutes an increase in the loan facility by IDR 25,240,000,000,- from the previous IDR
14,760,000,000,- to IDR 40,000,000,000- provided by DAAZ to PT Indo Lautan Energi for the construction of 1 (one) unit
of oil barge. The loan funds are from the proceeds of the issuance of Obligasi I Daaz Bara Lestari Tahun 2025, in
accordance with the planned use of bond proceeds. The loan bears interest at 10.00% per annum and has a tenor of 3
years from the date of the loan agreement.
