Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Tangerang Selatan, 7 Mei 2025 - Komitmen PT Elnusa Tbk
(ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA) terhadap kesejahteraan holistik pekerja
terus diwujudkan secara nyata melalui berbagai inisiatif yang
mencakup aspek sosial, profesional, dan spiritual.
Kesejahteraan holistik dipahami sebagai upaya menciptakan
harmoni menyeluruh dalam kehidupan pekerja.
Melalui anak usahanya, PT Sigma Cipta Utama (SCU), yang
bergerak di bidang manajemen data serta layanan Information
and Communication Technology (ICT), SCU menunjukkan
kepedulian tidak hanya pada kepuasan pelanggan dan
keunggulan layanan, tetapi juga terhadap kesejahteraan
holistik para pekerja.
Salah satu bentuk nyata dari komitmen ini adalah pelaksanaan
program bantuan pelunasan dana haji yang telah dijalankan
SCU sejak 2013. Pada 24 April 2025, SCU resmi melepas
keberangkatan sejumlah pekerjanya yang terpilih menjadi
calon jamaah haji tahun 2025.
Dalam sambutannya, Direktur SCU, Didik Purwanto,
menyampaikan apresiasi kepada para pekerja yang akan
menunaikan ibadah haji. "Penghargaan tertinggi kami berikan
kepada seluruh pekerja yang telah menunjukkan dedikasi,
loyalitas, dan integritas untuk perusahaan. Semangat itulah
yang menjadikan SCU terus bertumbuh dan memberikan
manfaat dalam skala yang lebih besar," kata Didik.
Inisiatif pelunasan dana haji ini mencerminkan komitmen
berkelanjutan perusahaan dalam menempatkan pekerja
sebagai pusat dari pertumbuhan perusahaan, bukan sekadar
roda produktivitas. Dengan menyeimbangkan aspek sosial,
profesional dan spiritual, SCU sebagai bagian dari Elnusa
Group meyakini bahwa keberhasilan bisnis hanya dapat
dicapai melalui harmoni antara kinerja, kesejahteraan, dan
nilai-nilai kemanusiaan.
Didik menambahkan, "Saya harap agar perjalanan ibadah haji
ini lancar dan penuh berkah. Semoga seluruh rangkaian
ibadah haji bisa dijalani dengan baik, dan bisa kembali ke
tanah air dengan kondisi sehat serta turut membawa energi
positif untuk kemajuan perusahaan," tambah Didik.
Program ini menjadi bukti nyata bahwa tanggung jawab sosial
perusahaan juga dimulai dari dalam, dengan menghadirkan
kepedulian yang tulus kepada para perwira di balik

Facts IDX: ELSA) continues to demonstrate its unwavering
commitment to holistic employee well-being through various

Through its subsidiary, PT Sigma Cipta Utama (SCU), which
specializes in data management and Information and

One of the concrete manifestations of this commitment is the
implementation of a Hajj financial support program, which has
been running since 2013. On 24 April 2025, SCU officially held
a send-off ceremony for selected employees embarking on the
2025 Hajj pilgrimage.
In his remarks, SCU Director Didik Purwanto expressed his
appreciation to the employees taking part in the pilgrimage.
