 Manifesting Commitment to Holistic Employee Well-Being, PT Sigma Cipta
                  Utama Sends Off 2025 Hajj Pilgrims
Tangerang Selatan, 7 May 2025 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA) continues to demonstrate its unwavering commitment
to holistic employee well-being through various initiatives encompassing social, professional, and spiritual dimensions.

Through its subsidiary, PT Sigma Cipta Utama (SCU), which specializes in data management and Information and
Communication Technology (ICT) services, SCU shows its care not only in achieving customer satisfaction and service

One of the concrete manifestations of this commitment is the implementation of a Hajj financial support program, which has
been running since 2013. On 24 April 2025, SCU officially held a send-off ceremony for selected employees embarking on the
2025 Hajj pilgrimage.

In his remarks, SCU Director Didik Purwanto expressed his appreciation to the employees taking part in the pilgrimage. “We
extend our highest gratitude to all employees who have demonstrated dedication, loyalty, and integrity to the company. It is
