                                               Reduction in authorized capital and reduction in issued and
 Type of Material Information or Facts         paid-up capital of PT Bangun Bersama Indonesia (BBS), an
                                               investment in a joint venture with 50.00% ownership by the
                                               Company.
 Description of Material Information or        BBS carried out a reduction of its authorized capital and a
 Facts                                         reduction of its issued and paid-up capital (Capital Reduction),
                                               which became effective on July 4, 2026, as stated in the
                                               Decree of the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia No.
                                               AHU-0046644.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026, dated July 4, 2026.
                                               The Decree was received by the Company from the Notary on
                                               July 6, 2026.

                                               The reduction in issued and paid-up capital was carried out by
                                               proportionally withdrawal of shares that have been issued by
                                               BBS, so that there was no change in the percentage/portion of
                                               the Company's share ownership in BBS.

                                               Following the reduction in authorized capital and the reduction
                                               in issued and paid-up capital, the shareholding composition of
                                               BBS is as attached.

Other Information

a. This Capital Reduction transaction constitutes an affiliated transaction carried out to maintain the Company's
ownership percentage in BBS, after such equity investment has been held for more than one year. Accordingly, the
transaction is only required to be reported to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) no later than the end of the
second business day after the Capital Reduction transaction is carried out as stipulated in the OJK Regulation No.
42/POJK.04/2020 concerning Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions; b. This transaction does
not constitute a material transaction as referred to in OJK Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020 concerning Material

Transactions and Changes in Business Activities.
