Jenis Informasi atau Fakta Material: Penurunan modal dasar serta pengurangan modal ditempatkan dan disetor PT Bangun Bersama Indonesia (“BBS”), investasi pada ventura bersama dengan kepemilikan 50,00Y6 oleh Perseroan. 3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material: BBS melakukan penurunan modal dasar serta pengurangan modal ditempatkan dan disetor (“Pengurangan Modal”) secara efektif pada tanggal 4 Juli 2026, sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam Surat Keputusan Menteri Hukum Republik Indonesia Nomor AHU-0046644.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026, tertanggal 4 Juli 2026. Keputusan tersebut diterima oleh Perseroan dari Notaris pada tanggal 6 Juli 2026. Pengurangan modal ditempatkan dan disetor tersebut dilakukan dengan cara penarikan kembali saham yang telah diterbitkan oleh BBS secara proporsional, sehingga tidak terjadi perubahan pada persentase/porsi kepemilikan saham Perseroan dalam BBS. Setelah terjadinya penurunan modal dasar serta pengurangan modal ditempatkan dan disetor tersebut, maka — komposisi permodalan BBS menjadi sebagai berikut: I. Date of Event: July 6, 2026. 2. Type of Information or Material Fact: Reduction in authorized capital and reduction in issued and paid-up capital of PT Bangun Bersama Indonesia (“BBS”), an investment in a joint venture with 50.0046 ownership by the Company. 3. Description of Information or Material Fact: BBS carried out a reduction of its authorized capital and a reduction of its issued and paid-up capital (“Capital Reduction”), which became effective on July 4, 2026, as stated in the Decree of the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU- 0046644.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026, dated July 4, 2026. The Decree was received by the Company from the Notary on July 6, 2026. The reduction in issued and paid-up capital was carried out by proportionally withdrawal of shares that have been issued by BBS, so that there was no change in the percentage/portion of the Company's share ownership in BBS.
