Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah melakukan pelunasan pokok Obligasi I Tahap
I Seri B sejumlah Rp308.800.000.000,00 (tiga ratus delapan
miliar delapan ratus juta Rupiah) melalui PT Kustodian Sentral
Efek Indonesia (KSEI), yang jatuh tempo pada tanggal 6 Juli
2026.
Sebagai informasi, Obligasi I Tahap I Seri B Perseroan
diterbitkan pada tanggal 26 Juni 2023 dengan jumlah pokok
sebesar Rp308.800.000.000,00 (tiga ratus delapan miliar
delapan ratus juta Rupiah) dan tingkat bunga tetap sebesar
9,25% (sembilan koma dua lima persen) dengan jangka waktu
3 tahun sejak Tanggal Emisi.
