The Company has fully repaid the Bond I Phase I Series B amounting to Rp308,800,000,000 (three hundred eight billion eight hundred million rupiah) through PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), which matures on July 6, 2026. For information, the Bond I Phase I Series B was issued on June 26, 2023 with a principal amount of Rp308,800,000,000 (three hundred eight billion eight hundred million rupiah) and a fixed interest rate of 9.250 (nine point two five percent) per annum with a period of 3 years from the Issuance Date.
