Rp130.626.000.000,- menjadi Rp179.119.830.000,- yang diberikan oleh DAAZ kepada PT Aserra Logistik Indonesia
untuk kebutuhan pembangunan 2 (dua) unit kapal self-propelled oil barge (SPOB) dan 3 (tiga) set kapal tunda dan
tongkang (tug and barge). Dana yang dipinjamkan berasal dari hasil penerbitan Obligasi I Daaz Bara Lestari Tahun
2025, sesuai dengan rencana penggunaan dana obligasi. Pinjaman ini dikenakan bunga sebesar 10,00% per tahun,
dengan jangka waktu 3 tahun sejak tanggal perjanjian pinjaman.

The transaction constitutes an increase in the loan facility by IDR 48,493,830,000,- from the previous IDR
130,626,000,000,- to IDR 179.119.830.000- provided by DAAZ to PT Aserra Logistik Indonesia for the construction of 2
(two) units of self-propelled oil barges and 3 (three) sets of tugs and barges. The loan funds are from the proceeds of the
issuance of Obligasi I Daaz Bara Lestari Tahun 2025, in accordance with the planned use of bond proceeds. The loan
bears interest at 10.00% per annum and has a tenor of 3 years from the date of the loan agreement.
