Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 5 Mei 2025 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA), anak
perusahaan PT Pertamina Hulu Energi yang tergabung dalam
Subholding Upstream Pertamina, kembali membuktikan
komitmennya dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia
unggul melalui perolehan penghargaan pada ajang Indonesia
Human Capital Awards (IHCA) 2025. Dalam ajang yang
diselenggarakan oleh Warta Ekonomi pada (30/4), Elnusa
meraih penghargaan The Best Human Capital 2025 for
Advancing Energy Sector Talent through Strategic Education
and Training Partnership.
Ajang IHCA 2025 mengangkat tema "Empowering Talent and
Innovation to Navigate the Workforce in AI Transformation",
sebagai bentuk apresiasi terhadap perusahaan yang mampu
mengembangkan strategi pengelolaan SDM secara inovatif,
adaptif, dan berkelanjutan. Penghargaan ini juga menilai
kontribusi nyata perusahaan terhadap pertumbuhan bisnis dan
kesejahteraan karyawan di tengah tantangan transformasi
digital dan kecerdasan buatan.
Penilaian IHCA 2025 dilakukan melalui metode desk research
terhadap dokumen perusahaan serta media monitoring atas
implementasi kebijakan strategis yang berdampak pada
pengembangan human capital. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian
tersebut, Elnusa dinilai berhasil menciptakan ekosistem
pembelajaran strategis yang menjembatani kebutuhan
pengembangan talenta sektor energi di masa depan.
Direktur SDM & Umum Elnusa, Hera Handayani,
menyampaikan rasa syukur dan apresiasi atas penghargaan
yang diterima. "Penghargaan ini menjadi bukti nyata bahwa
strategi pengembangan SDM Elnusa berjalan pada arah yang
tepat dan terintegrasi dengan kebutuhan industri, selaras
dengan teknologi, dan memberi ruang tumbuh bagi seluruh
Pekerja Elnusa," ujar Hera.
Melalui pendekatan kolaboratif dan kemitraan strategis di
bidang pendidikan dan pelatihan, Elnusa menunjukkan

Facts of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi under Pertamina's Upstream
Subholding, once again demonstrated its commitment to
human capital excellence by securing an award at the 2025
Indonesia Human Capital Awards (IHCA). During the event
held by Warta Ekonomi on April 30, Elnusa received the
prestigious title of The Best Human Capital 2025 for Advancing
Energy Sector Talent through Strategic Education and Training
Partnership.
IHCA 2025 carried the theme "Empowering Talent and
Innovation to Navigate the Workforce in AI Transformation,"
serving as recognition for companies that have successfully
developed innovative, adaptive, and sustainable human capital
strategies. The award also acknowledges the company's
tangible contributions to business growth and employee
welfare amid the challenges of digital and artificial intelligence
transformation.
The assessment process for IHCA 2025 was conducted
through desk research on corporate documentation and media
monitoring to evaluate the implementation of strategic policies
impacting human capital development. Based on these
evaluations, Elnusa was recognized for its success in
establishing a strategic learning ecosystem that addresses the
evolving needs of energy sector talent development.
