  Elnusa Wins The Best Human Capital 2025 for Energy Talent Development
                 Initiative in the Digital Transformation Era
Jakarta, 5 May 2025 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi under Pertamina’s Upstream
Subholding, once again demonstrated its commitment to human capital excellence by securing an award at the 2025
Indonesia Human Capital Awards (IHCA). During the event held by Warta Ekonomi on April 30, Elnusa received the prestigious
title of The Best Human Capital 2025 for Advancing Energy Sector Talent through Strategic Education and Training
Partnership.

IHCA 2025 carried the theme “Empowering Talent and Innovation to Navigate the Workforce in AI Transformation,” serving
as recognition for companies that have successfully developed innovative, adaptive, and sustainable human capital
strategies. The award also acknowledges the company’s tangible contributions to business growth and employee welfare
amid the challenges of digital and artificial intelligence transformation.

The assessment process for IHCA 2025 was conducted through desk research on corporate documentation and media
monitoring to evaluate the implementation of strategic policies impacting human capital development. Based on these
evaluations, Elnusa was recognized for its success in establishing a strategic learning ecosystem that addresses the evolving
needs of energy sector talent development.

Elnusa’s Director of Human Resources & General Affairs, Hera Handayani, expressed her gratitude and appreciation for the
award received. “This recognition is concrete evidence that Elnusa’s human capital development strategy is progressing in
