integritas, cakap melakukan perbuatan hukum, memiliki komitmen untuk mematuhi peraturan perundang-
undangan, memiliki pengetahuan, cakap dan memiliki pengalaman, kemampuan dan/atau keahlian di
bidang yang dibutuhkan untuk melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya dengan baik.
Pengangkatan anggota Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi diangkat untuk masa jabatan paling lama 5 (lima)
tahun dan dapat diangkat kembali melalui RUPS.

Direksi, Dewan Komisaris dan seluruh karyawan Perseroan berkomitmen untuk menjalankan fungsi dan

berpedoman pada Kode Etik Perusahaan. Perseroan memiliki Kebijakan Anti Penyuapan yang juga menjadi
penegasan kembali atas Kebijakan Anti Korupsi yang telah diterbitkan oleh Perseroan melalui Interoffice
Memorandum No. 05/IOM-DIR/XII/2016 tertanggal 23 Desember 2016.
Berikut adalah prosedur dan program sebagai komitmen Perseroan dalam menolak penyuapan dan korupsi:
1. Sosialisasi mengenai kebijakan anti korupsi saat melakukan induction sebagai bagian dari proses
penerimaan karyawan.
2. Komitmen untuk menolak penyuapan, menolak komisi, menolak gratifikasi dan menolak jamuan mewah.
3. Mengimplementasikan prosedur pelaporan melalui Departemen HRD dan Departemen Internal Audit.
4. Berkomitmen untuk mematuhi peraturan perundangan yang berlaku.
5. Memberikan sanksi tegas sesuai dengan Peraturan Perusahaan dan Peraturan Perundang-undangan
yang berlaku.

Steps that have been taken and emission reductions that have been achieved compared to the previous year
1. Certification of International Air Pollution Prevention (IAPP) and International Oil Pollution Prevention (IOPP)
and International Sewage Pollution Prevention (ISPP) issued by the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of
Indonesia and the Panama Flag Authority.
2. Optimize the use of Pollution Prevention Equipment to ensure that pollution is maintained under the threshold.
3. Perform regular maintenance on all of the Company's equipment and machinery.
4. Conduct regular Water and Air Quality tests in accordance with the Environmental Monitoring Efforts.
5. Ensure that Environmental Management Efforts/ Upaya Pengelolaan Lingkungan and Environmental
