3 Uraian Informasi : Sebagaimana telah kami informasikan sebelumnya,
Information Details bahwa fasilitas produksi PT Indo Kordsa Tbk
terdampak oleh bencana banjir yang terjadi di Bogor,
Indonesia, pada tanggal 4 Maret 2025. Seluruh
kegiatan pembersihan pascabanjir telah diselesaikan.
Berdasarkan hasil penilaian kerusakan, menunjukkan
bahwa fasilitas penunjang yang memasok energi ke
area porduksi terdampak cukup signifikan. Kondisi ini
menyebabkan gangguan pada pasokan energi ke
pabrik serta keterlambatan dalam proses evaluasi
kerusakan secara menyeluruh.
Sebagai bagian dari upaya pemulihan operasional,
produksi kain telah mulai berjalan kembali dengan
memanfaatkan persediaan benang yang tersedia,
seiring dengan pengaktifan kembali fasilitas
penunjang energi. Fasilitas produksi benang Polyester

direncanakan akan beroperasi secara bertahap mulai
bulan Mei, sedangkan fasilitas benang Nylon
ditargetkan menyusul pada bulan Juni. Proses
penilaian kerusakan akibat bencana banjir ini masih
berlangsung dan sedang dilakukan bersama pihak
perusahaan asuransi.
As previously stated, our PT Indo Kordsa Tbk
production facilities have been affected by the flood
disaster occurred in Bogor, Indonesia on 4 March
2025. Our cleanup operations after the flooding
disaster have been completed. Damage assessment
efforts revealed that the auxiliary facilities supplying
energy to our production facilities were significantly
affected. This has caused disruptions in supplying
energy to our factory and delays in the damage
assessment efforts.
As part of our efforts to restart the operations,
following the activation of the auxiliary facilities
supplying energy, our fabric production partially
continues with the use of existing yarn supplies. Our
Polyester yarn facility is expected to gradually start
operations in May and Nylon yarn facility in June.
Assessments regarding the damage from the flood
disaster are ongoing with the insurance company.
