In 2024, the Company have revitalized two railway stations in the Bintaro Jaya
area, namely Jurangmangu Station and Pondok Ranji Station. Furthermore, the
Company also set up a new stop for the In-Trans Bintaro feeder bus service at
Bintaro Xchange Mall 2. This stop functions as the main access in a multimodal
public transportation system that connects most of the Bintaro Jaya-Graha Raya
area. It is integrated not only with commuter rail services, but also with the feeder
bus network that connects to TransJakarta Busway and MRT services. This action
is expected to increase public transportation convenience and reduce the
number of private vehicles used.
Renewable energy is also increasingly becoming a priority, One of the concrete
applications is the utilization of solar panels to power the Water Treatment Plant
(WTP) system at Graha Raya by 2024. Not only does this initiative help reduce
dependence on fossil energy sources, but also provides better operational
efficiency.
With the installation of solar panels, abundant solar energy is able to be
converted into electricity that is used to power pumps and other equipment in the
water treatment process. The main advantage of this system is the reduction of
long-term electricity costs. Solar panels have a long lifespan with relatively low
maintenance costs, thus the initial investment incurred can be recouped within a
few years through energy savings. Furthermore, the use of solar energy reduces
carbon emissions, thus supporting environmental conservation efforts and
reducing the carbon footprint of WTP operations.
