non-diskriminasi?
Implementasi Prinsip Kesetaraan Kesempatan Bekerja:
berdasarkan latar belakang pribadi karyawan.

mengacu pada Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia No. 20 Tahun 1999 tentang Pengesahan ILO
Convention No. 138 mengenai Usia Minimum untuk Diperbolehkan Bekerja.
3. Pengaturan Sistem Kerja Bergiliran (Shift Work):
eksploitasi, termasuk kerja paksa.

The principle of equality or non-discrimination in employment is applied by PT SMI in all aspects of labor
relations, ranging from the recruitment process, competency and career development, remuneration, to job
placement. PT SMI is committed to providing equal opportunities to employees regardless of background,
gender, class, ethnicity, race, religion, or other factors. This reflects the Company
commitment to upholding the principle of equality in line with applicable regulations.
Implementation of the Equal Employment Opportunity Principle:
1. Recruitment and Job Placement:
PT SMI provides equal opportunities for every individual to work and fill positions according to their capacity
and competence. This includes top management positions, where PT SMI ensures that job placements are
not influenced by discrimination based on employees personal backgrounds.
2. Guidelines for Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI):
To strengthen the principle of equality, PT SMI has established the Guidelines for Gender Equality and
Social Inclusion (GESI). These guidelines serve as a reference for all of the Company policies and work
plans in implementing gender equality, as part of strategic initiatives that support diversity and inclusion
in the workplace.
