Penunjukan ini dibuat berdasarkan Peraturan dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.56/POJK.04/2015 tertanggal 23 Desember 2015. On behalf of the Board of Directors of PT. Eratex Djaja Tbk, hereby ratify and reaffirm the appointment of Ms. Isyana Ningsih Setiono as Head of the Company's Internal Audit Unit since April 17, 2020, as per the Appointment Letter No. 044/ES/IV/20 dated April 17, 2020 and has received approval from the Board of Commissioners in Resolution (In Lieu Of a Meeting) of the Board of Commissioners No. 066/ES/IV/25 dated April 29, 2025.
