Investasi antara Perseroan, Lintasarta, PT Ainfrastruktur
Indonesia Raya tanggal 23 Desember 2025 sebagaimana
telah diungkapkan oleh Perseroan melalui Keterbukaan
Informasi Perseroan berdasarkan Surat No. 289/AY0-
AYD0/LGL/25 tanggal 23 Desember 2025, sebagaimana
kemudian diubah dan dinyatakan kembali melalui Amandemen
dan Pernyataan Kembali atas Perjanjian Investasi pada
tanggal 6 Mei 2026 (Amandemen dan Pernyataan Kembali
Perjanjian Investasi); (b) Perjanjian Jual Beli Saham Bersyarat
antara Perseroan, Lintasarta dan Pembeli tanggal 6 Mei 2026
(Perjanjian Jual Beli Saham Bersyarat); dan (c) Perjanjian
Pemegang Saham yang ditandatangani pada tanggal 6 Mei
2026. Adapun informasi mengenai penandatanganan
perjanjian-perjanjian tersebut diungkapkan oleh Perseroan
melalui Keterbukaan Informasi Perseroan berdasarkan Surat
No.100/AY0-AYD0/LGL/26 tanggal 6 Mei 2026.

amended and restated through the Amendment and
Restatement of the Investment Agreement dated 6 May 2026

between the Company, Lintasarta and the Buyer dated 6 May
2026 (Conditional Share Sale and Purchase Agreement) and
(c) the Shareholders Agreement dated 6 May 2026. The

disclosed by the Company through the Companys Disclosure
