Facts stipulation of the results of the General Meeting of
Shareholders dated September 5, 2024 and referring to our
previous reporting letter No.280/SKL-CSC/MTF/XI/2024 dated
November 6, 2025 Regarding the Report on Changes in the
Composition of the Board of Commissioners of Financing
Companies. We hereby submit the results of the OJK Fit and
Proper Assessment Decree that we received on April 24, 2025
Mr. Subarna, We hereby submit the Decision letter of the
stipulation of the results of the OJK fit and proper assessment
