2. Perseroan sebagai Tergugat.
Status Perkara:
1. Proses persidangan gugatan perkara perseroan telah
selesai pada Rabu, 23 April 2025, yang Amar Putusan di
terbitkan pada Kamis, 24 April 2025 secara elektronik.
2. Bahwa Pengadilan Jakarta Pusat telah mengadili dan
memutuskan :
A. Dalam Ekspesi :
- Menyatakan Eksepsi Tergugat dikabulkan
B. Dalam Pokok Perkara :
- Menyatakan Gugatan Penggugat tidak dapat di
terima (Niet Ontvankelijke Verklaard).
- Menghukum Penggugat untuk membayar biaya
Perkara sebesar Rp. 466.000,-
3. Dalam Pertimbangan Majelis Hakim untuk
Memutuskan Perkara ini menyatakan bahwa Perseroan
seharusnya bukanlah sebagai Pihak Tergugat dalam Perkara
ini, melainkan adanya Pihak lain yang seharusnya menjadi
Tergugat.

Facts
Parties in Dispute:
1. PT Galeri Multi Payment as Plaintiff; and
2. The Company as Defendant.
Case Status:
1. The trial process of the company's lawsuit was completed
on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, with the Verdict issued
electronically on Thursday, April 24, 2025.
2. That the Central Jakarta Court has tried and decided:
A. In the Exception:
- Declaring that the Defendant's Exception is granted
B. In the Main Case:
- Declaring that the Plaintiff's Lawsuit cannot be accepted (Niet
Ontvankelijke Verklaard).
- Sentencing the Plaintiff to pay court costs of Rp. 466,000,-
3. In the Panel of Judges' Considerations in Deciding on this
Case, it was stated that the Company should not be the
Defendant in this Case, but rather that another Party should be
the Defendant.
