Dengan ini kami sampaikan bahwa terdapat perubahan lebih dari 2094 pada pos jumlah liabilitas dalam Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Tahunan Perseroan per 31 Desember 2024. Jumlah liabilitas per 31 Desember 2023 adalah sebesar USD 15.091.389, yang meningkat menjadi USD 36.800.076 per 31 Desember 2024, atau naik sebesar 143,854. Peningkatan kewajiban tersebut terkait dengan investasi pada PT Oksigen Natura Esa (“ONE”) melalui entitas anak Perseroan, PT Tegar Wahana Olah (“TWO”). TWO memiliki kewajiban sebesar USD 11.694.716 (setara dengan IDR 180.410.000.000) kepada Willow Dene Ltd berdasarkan Amendment of Acknowledgement of Indebtedness tertanggal 17 Juni 2024. In connection with the Annual Consolidated Financial Statements of PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk (the “Company”) as of December 31, 2024, and in compliance with the Decision of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Number 00066/BEI/09/2022 regarding Amendments to Regulation No. I-£ on the Obligation to Submit Information, as stipulated in Provision 1.1.1.4. We hereby inform you of a change of more than 2096 in the Company's liability position, as reflected in the Interim Consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31, 2024. Total liabilities increased from USD 15,091,389 as of December 31, 2023, to USD 36,800,076 as of December 31, 2024, representing an increase of 143.854. This increase in liabilities is primarily related to the Company's investment in PT Oksigen Natura Esa (“ONE”) through its subsidiary, PT Tegar Wahana Olah (“TWO”). TWO has a liability of USD 11,694/716 (eguivalent to IDR 180,410,000,000) to Willow Dene Ltd, based on the Amendment of Acknowledgement of Indebtedness dated June 17, 2024. EL 1 energiandalan Selain itu, Perseroan melalui entitas anak tidak langsung, PT Para Amartha LNG (“PAL”), telah memperoleh kredit investasi dari PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk. PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk menyetujui pemberian fasilitas kredit sebesar Rp 224.750.000.000 dalam bentuk fasilitas non- revolving, yang ditujukan untuk pembiayaan proyek LNG yang saat ini masih dalam tahap pembangunan. Saldo pinjaman yang diterima per 31 Desember 2024 sebesar USD 8.285.134 (setara dengan IDR 133.904.330.800). Demikianlah disampaikan dan atas perhatian serta kerjasamanya kami ucapkan terima kasih. Furthermore, the Company, through its indirect subsidiary, PT Para Amartha LNG (“PAL”), has secured an investment credit facility from PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk. PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk has approved the provision of a credit facility amounting to IDR 224,750,000,000 in the form of a non-revolving facility, intended to finance the LNG project, which is currently under development.
