VALE Acting President Director and Chief Executive Officer (PD-CEO) of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material / Description of Material Information or Facts Untuk efektivitas pelaksanaan pengurusan Perseroan, Dewan Komisaris telah menunjuk Bernardus Irmanto, yang saat ini merupakan Direktur dan Chief of Sustainability and Corporate Affairs Officer, untuk juga menjabat sebagai Pelaksana Tugas PD-CEO berlaku efektif sejak 24 April 2025 sampai Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) menunjuk PD-CEO definitif. For the effectiveness of the Company's management, the Board of Commissioners has appointed Bernardus Irmanto, who is currently a Director and Chief of Sustainability and Corporate Affairs Officer, to also serve as the Acting PD-CEO, effective since 24 April 2025 until the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) appoints the definitive PD-CEO.
