Perseroan telah menerima Surat
Pemberitahuan Berakhirnya Masa Jabatan Ibu
Febriany Eddy sebagai Presiden Direktur dan
Chief Executive Officer Perseroan, berkenaan
dengan pengangkatan Ibu Febriany Eddy
sebagai Direktur PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia
(Persero) (“BKI”). Bahwa berdasarkan Undang-
Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2025 tentang
Perubahan Ketiga atas Undang-Undang Nomor
19 Tahun 2003 tentang Badan Usaha Milik
Negara, terdapat larangan rangkap jabatan
oleh anggota Direksi pada suatu badan usaha
milik negara. Selain itu ketentuan Anggaran
Dasar Perseroan juga mengatur adanya
larangan melanjutkan jabatan anggota Direksi
karena peraturan perundang-undangan yang
berlaku. Hal tersebut juga dipertegas dalam
Surat Pemberitahuan Berakhirnya Masa
Jabatan yang disampaikan oleh Ibu Febriany
Eddy kepada Perseroan.

The Company has received a Letter of
Notification of the end of the Term of Office of
Mrs. Febriany Eddy as the President Director
and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, in
connection with the appointment of Mrs.
Febriany Eddy as Director of PT Biro Klasifikasi
Indonesia (Persero) (“BKI”). Whereas based on
Law No. 1 of 2025 on the Third Amendment to
Law No. 19 of 2003 on State-Owned
Enterprises, there is a prohibition on concurrent
positions by members of the Board of Directors
in a state-owned enterprise. Furthermore, the
Company's Articles of Association also
regulates the prohibition of continuing the
position of members of the Board of Directors
due to applicable laws and regulations. It was
also stated in the Letter of Notification ofthe end
of the Term of Office that was submitted by Mrs.
Febriany Eddy to the Company.

The appointment of Mrs. Febriany Eddy as
Director of BKI does not have any impact on the
Company's operations, financial condition
and/or business activity.
