Material oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik jo. POJK No. 45
Tahun 2024 tentang Pengembangan dan Penguatan Emiten
dan Perusahaan Publik, bersama ini kami informasikan bahwa
pada tanggal 22 April 2025, PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk.
(BFI) telah menandatangani fasilitas kredit dengan PT Bank
Central Asia Tbk. dalam bentuk fasilitas :
- Installment Loan 7 (Committed) sebesar Rp.
2.000.000.000.000,- (dua triliun Rupiah) dengan jangka waktu
fasilitas sampai dengan 3 (tiga) tahun untuk modal kerja usaha
pembiayaan; serta
- perpanjangan fasilitas Kredit Multi Fasilitas sebesar Rp.
800.000.000.000,- (delapan ratus miliar Rupiah).

POJK No. 45 of 2024 concerning Development and
Strengthening of Issuers and Public Companies, we hereby
inform you that on April 22, 2025, PT BFI Finance Indonesia
Tbk. (BFI) has signed a credit facility with PT Bank Central
Asia Tbk. in the form of facilities:
- Installment Loan 7 (Committed) of IDR 2,000,000,000,000,-
(two trillion Rupiah) with a facility term of up to 3 (three) years
for working capital financing business; as well as
- extension of the Multi Facility Credit facility of IDR
800,000,000,000,- (eight hundred billion Rupiah).
