Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 17 April 2025 - Pelita Air dan Elnusa secara resmi
menjalin kemitraan strategis melalui penandatanganan Nota
Kesepahaman (MoU) mengenai penyediaan layanan tiket
penerbangan bagi kebutuhan korporasi. Penandatanganan
yang dilaksanakan di Graha Elnusa, Jakarta ini dilakukan
sebagai bagian dari langkah memperkuat sinergi antar entitas
strategis di bawah ekosistem Pertamina Group.
Nota Kesepahaman ini menandai upaya konkret dalam
menghadirkan layanan mobilitas udara yang terintegrasi,
efisien, dan adaptif untuk mendukung kegiatan operasional
Elnusa sebagai penyedia jasa energi terintegrasi dengan
wilayah kerja yang tersebar luas di seluruh Indonesia.
Sebagai bagian dari kerja sama ini, Pelita Air memberikan
Corporate Account eksklusif kepada Elnusa, yang mencakup
akses pembelian tiket di seluruh rute Pelita Air, harga khusus
korporasi, serta kebijakan fleksibilitas tiket. Fasilitas ini
dirancang untuk mendukung perjalanan dinas yang aman,
nyaman dan efisien bagi karyawan Elnusa.
Dalam sambutannya, Plt. Direktur Utama Pelita Air, Dendy
Kurniawan, menyampaikan bahwa kerja sama ini
mencerminkan komitmen perusahaan dalam mendukung
kebutuhan mobilitas korporasi energi melalui layanan
penerbangan yang aman, nyaman, dan tepat waktu.
"Kami memandang kemitraan ini sebagai bagian dari peran
Pelita Air dalam memperkuat daya saing sektor energi
nasional. Sinergi ini tidak hanya bersifat operasional, tetapi
juga strategis dalam mendukung efektivitas dan efisiensi
perjalanan dinas Elnusa. Ini adalah bentuk kontribusi nyata
Pelita Air dalam ekosistem Pertamina Group yang saling
mendukung dan memperkuat," jelas Dendy.
Direktur Utama Elnusa, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, menyatakan
bahwa mobilitas adalah salah satu faktor kunci dalam
kelancaran operasional Elnusa.
"Dengan cakupan kerja kami yang luas dan dinamis, efisiensi
dalam perjalanan dinas merupakan salah satu aspek yang
sangat kami perhatikan. Kami berharap bahwa sinergi ini
menjadi awal dari kolaborasi lain yang lebih luas di masa
mendatang dan memberikan manfaat sebesar-besarnya bagi
kedua belah pihak, serta menjadi contoh nyata dari semangat
kolaborasi di keluarga besar Pertamina Group." ungkap
Bachtiar.
Sebagai bentuk dukungan penuh dari induk perusahaan, Vice
President Corporate Communication PT Pertamina (Persero),
Fadjar Djoko Santoso, menegaskan bahwa sinergi antara
Pelita Air dan Elnusa selaras dengan strategi Pertamina dalam
memperkuat kolaborasi lintas anak perusahaan guna
menciptakan efisiensi, keandalan operasional, serta
penciptaan nilai berkelanjutan di seluruh lini bisnis.
"Pertamina menyambut baik kerja sama ini sebagai
representasi nyata dari sinergi yang dibangun berdasarkan
sinergi Pertamina Group. Pelita Air dan Elnusa adalah dua
entitas strategis yang memainkan peran penting dalam rantai
nilai energi nasional. Kolaborasi ini bukan hanya
meningkatkan efisiensi biaya perjalanan, tetapi juga

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 17 April 2025 - Pelita Air and Elnusa officially
Facts established a strategic partnership through the signing of a
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding the provision
of flight ticket services for corporate needs. The signing, which
was held at Graha Elnusa, Jakarta, was carried out as part of
the steps to strengthen synergies between strategic entities
under the Pertamina Group ecosystem.
This Memorandum of Understanding marks a concrete effort to
provide integrated, efficient and adaptive air mobility services
to support Elnusa's operational activities as an integrated
energy service provider with a wide working area throughout
Indonesia.
As part of this collaboration, Pelita Air provides an exclusive
Corporate Account to Elnusa, which includes access to ticket
purchases on all Pelita Air routes, special corporate prices,
and ticket flexibility policies. This facility is designed to support
safe, comfortable and efficient business travel for Elnusa
employees.
In his remarks, Plt. President Director of Pelita Air, Dendy
Kurniawan, said that this collaboration reflects the company's
commitment to supporting the mobility needs of energy
corporations through safe, comfortable and timely flight
services.
