         Pelita Air and Elnusa Establish Strategic Cooperation in Providing
                              Corporate Flight Services

Jakarta, 17 April 2025 - Pelita Air and Elnusa officially established a strategic partnership through the signing of a
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding the provision of flight ticket services for corporate needs. The signing,
which was held at Graha Elnusa, Jakarta, was carried out as part of the steps to strengthen synergies between strategic
entities under the Pertamina Group ecosystem.

This Memorandum of Understanding marks a concrete effort to provide integrated, efficient and adaptive air mobility
services to support Elnusa's operational activities as an integrated energy service provider with a wide working area
throughout Indonesia.

As part of this collaboration, Pelita Air provides an exclusive Corporate Account to Elnusa, which includes access to ticket
purchases on all Pelita Air routes, special corporate prices, and ticket flexibility policies. This facility is designed to support
safe, comfortable and efficient business travel for Elnusa employees.

In his remarks, Plt. President Director of Pelita Air, Dendy Kurniawan, said that this collaboration reflects the company's
commitment to supporting the mobility needs of energy corporations through safe, comfortable and timely flight services.

"We see this partnership as part of Pelita Air's role in strengthening the competitiveness of the national energy sector. This
synergy is not only operational, but also strategic in supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of Elnusa's official travel.
This is a form of Pelita Air's real contribution in the Pertamina Group ecosystem that supports and strengthens each other,"
explained Dendy.

Elnusa's President Director, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, stated that mobility is one of the key factors in Elnusa's smooth
operations.

that this synergy is the beginning of other wider collaborations in the future and provides maximum benefits for both parties, as well as

As a form of full support from the parent company, Vice President Corporate Communication of PT Pertamina (Persero), Fadjar Djoko
Santoso, emphasized that the synergy between Pelita Air and Elnusa is in line with Pertamina's strategy to strengthen collaboration across
subsidiaries to create efficiency, operational reliability, and sustainable value creation across business lines.
