Peningkatan Modal pada Entitas Anak, PT Cahaya Inti
Sentosa
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa entitas anak Perseroan,
yaitu CIS, telah melakukan penerbitan saham baru sebanyak
20.020 saham dengan jumlah nilai nominal seluruhnya
sebesar Rp20.020.000.000,-, yang seluruhnya telah diambil
bagian dan disetor oleh Para Pemegang Saham CIS.
Sebelum peningkatan modal tersebut, modal disetor CIS
tercatat sebesar Rp1.111.837.000.000,-, di mana Perseroan
memiliki penyertaan modal sebesar Rp1.110.751.000.000,-
atau setara dengan 99,90% dari seluruh modal ditempatkan
dan disetor. Setelah penerbitan saham baru tersebut, modal
disetor CIS meningkat menjadi Rp1.131.857.000.000,-,
dengan kepemilikan modal Perseroan menjadi sebesar
Rp1.130.751.000.000,- atau tetap sebesar 99,90% dari
seluruh modal ditempatkan dan disetor dalam CIS.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Peningkatan modal ini tidak memberikan dampak material
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan terhadap kegiatan operasional, aspek hukum, kondisi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan, maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Type of Material Information or Facts Increase of Capital in the Subsidiary, PT Cahaya Inti Sentosa
Description of Material Information or The Company hereby informs that its subsidiary, CIS, has
Facts issued 20,020 new shares with a total nominal value of
IDR20,020,000,000, all of which have been subscribed and
fully paid up by the Shareholders of CIS.
Prior to such capital increase, CIS issued and paid-up capital
amounted to IDR1,111,837,000,000, of which the Company
held IDR1,110,751,000,000, representing 99.90% of the total
issued and paid-up capital. Following the issuance of the new
shares, CIS issued and paid-up capital increased to
IDR1,131,857,000,000, with the Companys shareholding
increasing to IDR1,130,751,000,000, or remaining at 99.90%
of the total issued and paid-up capital in CIS.
