telah beroperasi normal. Saat ini, data dalam sistem kami
tetap aman dan tidak terdampak.

2025, di atas ketentuan minimum dari regulator sebesar 120%.

operations. At this moment, the data in our system remains
secure and has not been impacted.

Company’s operational activities, legal, MSIG Life financial performance remains strong and sound. As
financial condition, or going concern of February 2025, MSIG Life has consistently demonstrated its
commitment to customer protection by paying out health and
death benefit claims totaling Rp172 billion. The Company is
also supported by a robust financial position, reflected in a
solvency level (Risk Based Capital) of 1987% as of February
2025 well above the regulator minimum requirement of 120%.
