(“Gugatan PMH”) dan sidang pertama
dijadwalkan tanggal 22 April 2025. Namun
demikian, dapat disampaikan bahwa

On 11 April 2025, the Company received a
summon notice on Civil Case Number
203/Pdt.G/2025/PN Jkt.Pst on the unlawful
acts in which the Company is one of the
defendants ("Unlawful Act Lawsuit"), and the
first hearing is scheduled on 22 April 2025.
However, the Company would like to convey
that currently it is still conducting a further
review of such Unlawful Act Lawsuit.
