1. Perseroan sebagai Pembeli telah menerima surat dari
West Natuna Energy Ltd, sebagai Penjual Wilayah Kerja
Duyung bersama-sama dengan Empyrean Energy Plc,
dan Coro Energy Duyung (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., pada
tanggal 12 Maret 2025 perihal Notice of Termination of
Gas Sales Agreement (“GSA Termination Notice”).
GSA Termination Notice merupakan tindak lanjut dari
Surat Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral
(“Menteri ESDM”) Nomor T-86/MG.04./MEM.M/2025
yang mencabut/menyatakan tidak berlaku lagi Surat
Menteri ESDM Nomor T-83/MG.04./MEM.M/2024.
The Company as Buyer has received a letter from West
Natuna Energy Ltd, as Seller of the Duyung Working
Area together with Empyrean Energy Plc, and Coro
Energy Duyung (Singapore) Pte Ltd, on March 12 2025
regarding Notice of Termination of Gas Sales Agreement
("GSA Termination Notice”). GSA Termination Notice
is a follow-up to the Letter the Minister of Energy and
Mineral Resources (“Minister — of ESDW)
No T-86/MG.04./MEM.M/2025 which revokes/declares
the Letter of Minister of ESDM
No T-83/MG.04./MEM.M/2024 as no longer valid.
2. Merujuk pada Gas Sales Agreement Wilayah Kerja
Duyung (“GSA”) yang telah ditandatangani Pembeli dan |
Penjual pada 21 Juni 2024 dan GSA Termination Notice,
GSA akan efektif berakhir pada 12 April 2025.
Referring to the Gas Sales Agreement Wilayah Kerja
Duyung ("GSA") which was signed by the Buyer and
Seller on 21 June 2024 and GSA Termination Notice, the
GSA will effectively terminate on 12 April 2025.

Pada saat pelaporan, GSA antara Perseroan dengan
Penjual akan dibatalkan sehingga berdampak pada
pengurangan proyeksi pasokan gas sebesar volume total
kontrak yaitu 122,77 TBTU.
At the time of reporting, GSA between the Company and the
Seller will be revoked, resulting in a reduction in projection
of gas supply of the total contract volume of 122.77 TBTU.
