pr AKR corporindo Tbk 3 | Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 9 April 2025, PT Andahanesa Abadi berkedudukan di Jakarta Barat (“AA”), anak perusahaan Perseroan, telah menandatangani akta peningkatan modal dasar serta modal ditempatkan dan disetor, menjadi sebagai berikut: Modal Ditempatkan dan Modal Disetor - Semula : Rp. 356.449.000.000,- “ - Menjadi : Rp. 366.449.000.000,- « Adapun peningkatan modal ditempatkan dan disetor AA tersebut sejumlah Rp. 10.000.000.000,- diambil bagian serta disetor penuh seluruhnya oleh Perseroan. Dana yang diperoleh AA akan digunakan untuk menunjang kegiatan usaha AA dan/atau untuk permodalan anak-anak perusahaan AA.
