Acguire of important contract. 3. | Uraian informasi atau Fakta Material lainnya yang relevan/ Details of information or other relevant Material Fact: Pada tanggal 8 April 2025, Perseroan telah menandatangani Perjanjian Jasa — Pertambangan dengan PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (“Vale”). Dalam perjanjian ini, Perseroan selaku kontraktor jasa pertambangan akan memberikan Mining Services and Transportation of Nickel Ore Material Bahodopi Block 2 & 3 untuk Vale. Jangka waktu perjanjian adalah 10 tahun dengan estimasi dari nilai perjanjian adalah sekitar Rp 16 triliun. Perolehan kontrak ini merupakan bagian dari implementasi strategi jangka panjang Perseroan untuk meningkatkan penciptaan nilai. Sifat hubungan para pihak yang melakukan kontrak adalah tidak memiliki hubungan afiliasi. On 8 April 2025, the Company signed a Mining Service Agreement with PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (“Vale”). In this agreement, the Company, as the mining services contractor, will provide — Mining Services — and Transportation of Nickel Ore Material Jor Bahodopi Block 2 & 3 to Vale. Duration of the agreement is 10 years with an estimated agreement value around Rp16 trillion. This contract was acguired as part of the Company 's long term strategy to increase added value. The nature of the relationship between the parties entering into the contract does not have affiliate relations. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik/ The impact for such information or material fact towards operational activities, legal, financial condition or business continuity of Issuer or Public Company: Memberikan dampak — positif terhadap kelangsungan — usaha Perseroan serta — meningkatkan kinerja keuangan dan operasional Perseroan. Providing a positive impact on the continuity of the Company's business and improving the Company's financial and operational performance. 5. | Keterangan lain- lain/Others: Kontrak ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari Keterbukaan Informasi Perseroan sebelumnya tertanggal 14 Januari 2025 dengan Surat No. CORSEC/L/20205/1-0007. This contract is a follow-up to the Company's previous Disclosure of Information dated 14 January 2025 with Letter No. CORSEC/L/20205/I- 0007. 2 Xx Serma
