Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 8 April 2025 - Momen Idulfitri adalah saat yang
dinanti-nantikan oleh umat Muslim untuk berkumpul bersama
keluarga. Namun, bagi para perwira PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa),
tanggung jawab menjaga pasokan energi nasional tetap
menjadi prioritas utama. Di tengah gema takbir yang
berkumandang, mereka tetap menjalankan tugas di berbagai
daerah operasi demi menjaga kelancaran distribusi energi
nasional.
Salah satu di antara mereka adalah Widyan Erwanda, seorang
Wireline Cased Hole Engineer yang tengah bertugas di Proyek
Sumur Eksplorasi NEM-001, Papua. Widyan berbagi cerita
mengenai bagaimana ia dan rekan-rekan tetap merayakan
hari kemenangan meskipun jauh dari keluarga. "Suasana di
lokasi kerja mungkin kurang terasa suasana lebarannya, tapi
kami tetap menjaga semangat dengan mengadakan acara
makan bersama dan silaturahmi antar semua personel di
lokasi," ungkapnya. Selain itu, mereka juga melaksanakan
salat Idulfitri berjamaah sebagai bentuk kebersamaan di
tengah kesibukan operasional.
Tidak dapat merayakan Idulfitri bersama keluarga tentu
menjadi pengorbanan besar bagi para pekerja yang bertugas
di lokasi proyek. Widyan mengungkapkan bahwa dirinya tetap
menjaga komunikasi dengan keluarga melalui video call
setelah salat Id, sebagai bentuk kehadiran di tengah
keterbatasan jarak. "Bekerja di hari raya adalah dedikasi saya,
bukan hanya untuk keluarga, tetapi juga untuk perusahaan
dan kepentingan negara," tambahnya.
Hal serupa juga dirasakan oleh Agus Santoso, seorang Project
Manager O&M di Proyek O&M TAP. Agus yang telah bekerja
di Elnusa selama 8 tahun 6 bulan ini mengakui bahwa
menjalankan tugas saat Idulfitri tidaklah mudah. "Yang pasti
lumayan sedih, karena momen Idulfitri adalah momen terbaik
untuk bisa berkumpul dengan keluarga dan tetangga yang
mungkin saja tahun depan bisa tidak berjumpa lagi. Akan
tetapi, hal tersebut mesti dikesampingkan mengingat sebagai
perwira Elnusa yang memegang teguh semboyan AKHLAK,
momen seperti inilah sebagai ujian sejauh mana kita loyal
terhadap kepentingan bangsa dan negara," ujar Agus.
Tantangan dalam memastikan kelancaran operasional di
tengah libur Lebaran bukanlah hal baru bagi tim Elnusa. Salah
satu tantangan utama adalah penjadwalan personel yang
tetap siaga serta pengiriman peralatan kerja yang harus
memperhitungkan pembatasan transportasi selama musim
liburan. Agus menambahkan bahwa tantangan terbesar
adalah perasaan campur aduk ketika melihat orang lain bisa
berkumpul dengan keluarga, sedangkan ia tetap berada di
lokasi proyek. Selain itu, jika terjadi situasi darurat di mana
material atau suku cadang yang tersedia ternyata bukan yang
dibutuhkan, maka solusi cepat harus segera dicari agar
operasional tetap berjalan.
Namun, semangat tetap dijaga dengan berbagai cara. "Kami
mengajak tim yang on duty untuk salat Idulfitri bersama,
kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sarapan pagi yang menunya,
meskipun sederhana, tetap memiliki nuansa Lebaran seperti
ketupat, opor, dan sayur pepaya," kata Agus. Tradisi khas juga
tetap dilakukan di lokasi kerja, seperti salam-salaman dengan
tim dan klien serta melakukan Sanjo atau kunjungan ke rumah
rekan-rekan yang kebetulan tinggal di sekitar lokasi kerja.

Untuk keluarga di rumah, komunikasi tetap terjalin melalui video call agar kebersamaan tetap terasa meskipun berjauhan. Dukungan dari manajemen Elnusa juga turut dirasakan oleh para pekerja di lapangan. Selain fasilitas komunikasi yang memungkinkan mereka tetap terhubung dengan keluarga, perusahaan juga mengadakan sesi temu online bagi pekerja yang sedang bertugas. "Dalam temu online tersebut, kami bisa menyampaikan kondisi di lapangan, baik terkait pekerjaan maupun hal lain di luar pekerjaan," jelas Widyan. Agus juga menambahkan harapannya kepada manajemen Elnusa agar terus memberikan dukungan bagi para pekerja di daerah operasi. "Harapan kami, manajemen tetap memberikan support, baik langsung maupun tidak langsung, terhadap seluruh perwira yang bertugas saat Idulfitri," tuturnya. Direktur Operasi Elnusa, Endro Hartanto, turut mengapresiasi dedikasi para perwira yang tetap menjalankan tugas di hari raya demi menjaga ketahanan energi nasional. "Kami sangat mengapresiasi semangat dan komitmen para perwira Elnusa yang tetap bertugas dalam memastikan energi tetap mengalir untuk negeri. Dedikasi mereka merupakan cerminan dari profesionalisme dan loyalitas yang tinggi terhadap perusahaan serta bangsa," ungkap Endro. Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 8 April 2025 - The Eid al-Fitr moment is a time that
Facts Muslims look forward to gathering with their families. However,
for the officers of PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), the responsibility to
maintain the national energy supply remains the main priority.
Amidst the echoes of takbir, they continue to carry out their
duties in various operational areas in order to maintain the
smooth distribution of national energy.
One of them is Widyan Erwanda, a Wireline Cased Hole
Engineer who is currently on duty at the NEM-001 Exploration
Well Project, Papua. Widyan shared a story about how he and
his colleagues continue to celebrate the day of victory even
though they are far from their families. "The atmosphere at the
work location may not feel like Eid, but we still maintain our
spirits by holding a joint meal and socializing between all
personnel at the location," he said. In addition, they also
performed Eid prayers in congregation as a form of
togetherness amidst the operational activities.
Not being able to celebrate Eid with family is certainly a big
sacrifice for workers on duty at the project site. Widyan said
that he still maintains communication with his family via video
call after Eid prayers, as a form of presence amidst the
limitations of distance. "Working on Eid is my dedication, not
only for my family, but also for the company and the interests
of the country," he added.
Agus Santoso, an O&M Project Manager at the TAP O&M
Project, also felt the same way. Agus, who has worked at
Elnusa for 8 years and 6 months, admitted that carrying out his
duties during Eid is not easy. "What is certain is quite sad,
because the Eid moment is the best moment to be able to
gather with family and neighbors who we might not see again
next year. However, this must be put aside considering that as
an Elnusa officer who upholds the motto AKHLAK, moments
like this are a test of how loyal we are to the interests of the
nation and state," said Agus.
The challenge of ensuring smooth operations during the Eid
holiday is nothing new for the Elnusa team. One of the main
challenges is scheduling personnel who remain on standby
and sending work equipment that must take into account
transportation restrictions during the holiday season. Agus
added that the biggest challenge is the mixed feelings when
seeing other people being able to gather with their families,
while he remains at the project site. In addition, if an
emergency situation occurs where the available materials or
spare parts are not what is needed, a quick solution must be
found immediately so that operations can continue.
However, enthusiasm is maintained in various ways. "We
invite the on-duty team to pray Eid al-Fitr together, then
continue with breakfast, the menu of which, although simple,
still has an Eid nuance such as ketupat, opor, and papaya
vegetables," said Agus. Typical traditions are also still carried
out at the work site, such as shaking hands with the team and
clients and conducting Sanjo or visiting the homes of
colleagues who happen to live around the work site. For
families at home, communication is maintained via video calls
so that togetherness can still be felt even though they are far
apart.
The support from Elnusa management is also felt by workers

in the field. In addition to communication facilities that allow
them to stay connected with their families, the company also
holds online meeting sessions for workers who are on duty. "In
these online meetings, we can convey conditions in the field,
both related to work and other things outside of work,"
explained Widyan.
Agus also added his hope for Elnusa management to continue
to provide support for workers in the operational areas. "We
hope that management will continue to provide support, both
directly and indirectly, to all officers on duty during Eid al-Fitr,"
he said.
Elnusa's Director of Operations, Endro Hartanto, also
appreciated the dedication of the officers who continued to
carry out their duties on the holiday in order to maintain
national energy security. "We really appreciate the spirit and
commitment of the Elnusa officers who remain on duty in
ensuring that energy continues to flow for the country. Their
dedication is a reflection of their professionalism and high
loyalty to the company and the nation," said Endro.
