         Amid Takbir and Longing, Elnusa Personnel Remain
        Dedicated to Safeguarding National Energy Resilience
Jakarta, 8 April 2025 – The Eid al-Fitr moment is a time that Muslims look forward to gathering with their families. However, for the officers
of PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), the responsibility to maintain the national energy supply remains the main priority. Amidst the echoes of takbir,
they continue to carry out their duties in various operational areas in order to maintain the smooth distribution of national energy.

One of them is Widyan Erwanda, a Wireline Cased Hole Engineer who is currently on duty at the NEM-001 Exploration Well Project, Papua.
Widyan shared a story about how he and his colleagues continue to celebrate the day of victory even though they are far from their families.
"The atmosphere at the work location may not feel like Eid, but we still maintain our spirits by holding a joint meal and socializing between
all personnel at the location," he said. In addition, they also performed Eid prayers in congregation as a form of togetherness amidst the
operational activities.

Not being able to celebrate Eid with family is certainly a big sacrifice for workers on duty at the project site. Widyan said that he still
maintains communication with his family via video call after Eid prayers, as a form of presence amidst the limitations of distance. "Working
on Eid is my dedication, not only for my family, but also for the company and the interests of the country," he added.

Agus Santoso, an O&M Project Manager at the TAP O&M Project, also felt the same way. Agus, who has worked at Elnusa for 8 years and
6 months, admitted that carrying out his duties during Eid is not easy. "What is certain is quite sad, because the Eid moment is the best
moment to be able to gather with family and neighbors who we might not see again next year. However, this must be put aside considering
that as an Elnusa officer who upholds the motto AKHLAK, moments like this are a test of how loyal we are to the interests of the nation
and state," said Agus.

The challenge of ensuring smooth operations during the Eid holiday is nothing new for the Elnusa team. One of the main challenges is
scheduling personnel who remain on standby and sending work equipment that must take into account transportation restrictions during
the holiday season. Agus added that the biggest challenge is the mixed feelings when seeing other people being able to gather with their
families, while he remains at the project site. In addition, if an emergency situation occurs where the available materials or spare parts are
not what is needed, a quick solution must be found immediately so that operations can continue.

However, enthusiasm is maintained in various ways. "We invite the on-duty team to pray Eid al-Fitr together, then continue with breakfast,
the menu of which, although simple, still has an Eid nuance such as ketupat, opor, and papaya vegetables," said Agus. Typical traditions
are also still carried out at the work site, such as shaking hands with the team and clients and conducting Sanjo or visiting the homes of
colleagues who happen to live around the work site. For families at home, communication is maintained via video calls so that togetherness
can still be felt even though they are far apart.

The support from Elnusa management is also felt by workers in the field. In addition to communication facilities that allow them to stay
connected with their families, the company also holds online meeting sessions for workers who are on duty. "In these online meetings, we
can convey conditions in the field, both related to work and other things outside of work," explained Widyan.
