3 VALE Signing of Mining Services Agreement: Mining Services and Transportation of Nickel Ore Material Bahodopi Block 2&3 Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material / Description of Material Information or Facts Sebagai tambahan atas Keterbukaan Informasi Perseroan No. 00081/IR-J/1/2025 tanggal 15 Januari 2025, PT Vale dan PT Petrosea Tbk telah menandatangani Perjanjian Jasa Pertambangan pada tanggal 8 April 2025, sehubungan dengan pekerjaan jasa penambangan di Bahodopi Blok 2&3, Sulawesi Tengah. Ketentuan-ketentuan utama dari perjanjian tersebut telah sesuai dengan Keterbukaan Informasi yang telah kami sampaikan sebelumnya. To supplement the Company's Disclosure of Information No. 00081/IR-J//2025 dated 15 January 2025, PT Vale and PT Petrosea Tbk have signed the Mining Services Agreement on 8 April 2025, in connection with mining services work in Bahodopi Block 2&3, Central Sulawesi. The key terms ofthe agreement are aligned with the Disclosure of Information that we have informed previously. This mining services contract will strengthen the Company's business operations with additional nickel ore production from the Bahodopi Block 283 area to complement the existing Sorowako Block.
