3.   Uraian informasi atau fakta       Kenaikan harga gas LNG Industri dilatarbelakangi oleh
     material                          kenaikan harga energi pasar global dan penurunan
                                       produksi pasokan energi domestik. Komponen harga gas
                                       LNG Industri tidak dapat disamakan dengan harga gas
                                       pipa karena terdapat komponen biaya tambahan seperti
                                       liquefaction, pengangkutan, penyimpanan, pembelian
                                       hingga proses regasifikasi LNG.

                                       Terhadap kenaikan harga gas LNG Industri, Pemerintah
                                       melalui Kementerian ESDM memberikan kebijakan
                                       berupa penurunan harga gas LNG Industri sebagai bentuk
                                       komitmen untuk menjaga daya saing industri dalam negeri
                                       yang berkelanjutan. Penurunan tersebut dilakukan melalui
                                       optimalisasi struktur biaya dan peningkatan efisiensi di
                                       seluruh rantai pasok LNG, termasuk harga gas hulu, biaya
                                       pemrosesan LNG, serta komponen infrastruktur dan
                                       niaga. Dengan mekanisme ini, penyesuaian harga
                                       dilakukan secara proporsional di seluruh rantai pasok,
                                       sehingga manfaatnya dapat diteruskan kepada pelanggan
                                       industri.

                                       Sebagai bentuk dukungan atas kebijakan Pemerintah,
                                       Perseroan siap mengimplementasikan kebijakan tersebut
                                       dengan tetap menjaga profitabilitas bisnis niaga gas dan
                                       bisnis Perseroan secara keseluruhan. Untuk memastikan
                                       implementasi berjalan efektif, Perseroan senantiasa
                                       melakukan koordinasi secara aktif dengan regulator dan
                                       stakeholder terkait serta menyelaraskan kebijakan
                                       komersial Perseroan dengan kebijakan Pemerintah.
                                       Perseroan juga berkomitmen untuk menjaga pasokan gas
                                       bumi tetap andal, aman, dan berkelanjutan guna
                                       mendukung daya saing industri, memperkuat ketahanan
                                       energi nasional, serta memberikan manfaat bagi
                                       perekonomian, masyarakat dan stakeholder terkait.

     Description of material           The increase in LNG prices for industrial customers is
     information or fact               attributable to the rise in global energy market prices and
                                       the decline in domestic energy supply production. The
                                       pricing structure of LNG for industrial customers cannot be
                                       equated with pipeline gas prices, as it includes additional
                                       cost components such as liquefaction, transportation,
                                       storage, procurement, and LNG regasification.

                                       In response to the increase in LNG prices for industrial
                                       customers, the Government, through the Ministry of

                                      Energy and Mineral Resources, has introduced a policy to
                                      reduce LNG prices for industrial customers as part of its
                                      commitment        to    maintaining     the     sustainable
                                      competitiveness of domestic industries. The price
                                      reduction will be achieved through the optimization of the
                                      cost structure and improvements in efficiency across the
                                      entire LNG supply chain, including upstream gas prices,
                                      LNG processing costs, as well as infrastructure and
                                      trading components. Under this mechanism, price
                                      adjustments will be implemented proportionately
                                      throughout the supply chain, thereby enabling the
                                      resulting benefits to be passed on to industrial customers.

                                      As a demonstration of its support for the Government's
                                      policy, the Company is prepared to implement the policy
                                      while maintaining the profitability of its gas trading
                                      business and the Company's overall business
                                      performance. To ensure effective implementation, the
                                      Company continues to actively coordinate with regulators
                                      and other relevant stakeholders and align its commercial
                                      policies with those of the Government. The Company also
                                      remains committed to ensuring a reliable, safe, and
                                      sustainable supply of natural gas to support the
                                      competitiveness of domestic industries, strengthen
                                      national energy security, and generate value for the
                                      economy, the public, and all relevant stakeholders.
