Jenis Informasi atau Fakta Material Penandatanganan Surat Penunjukan dan Perintah Kerja
(SPPK) antara anak usaha Perseroan, PT DH Kontraktama
Batubara (DHKB), dengan PT Sebuku Sejaka Coal (SSC)
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan telah dilaksanakannya proses evaluasi
penawaran jasa pertambangan, DHKB dan SSC secara resmi
menandatangani SPPK untuk pekerjaan jasa kontraktor utama
di Area Tambang Pit SSC yang berlokasi di Pulau Laut,
Kalimantan Selatan.
Dalam kesepakatan tersebut, DHKB akan secara eksklusif
melaksanakan pekerjaan operasional penambangan di Area
Tambang Pit SSC, dengan ruang lingkup pekerjaan antara lain
sebagai berikut:
a. Melakukan perencanaan tambang;
b. Melakukan pembukaan lahan, serta pengupasan,
pemindahan, dan penyimpanan tanah penutup;
c. Melaksanakan pengupasan lapisan penutup;
d. Melakukan penambangan batubara;
e. Melakukan pemuatan dan pengangkutan batubara;
f. Memelihara jalan angkut batubara; dan
g. Layanan lainnya.
Jangka waktu pelaksanaan proyek adalah selama 5 (lima)
tahun atau hingga berakhirnya izin konsesi, dengan estimasi
volume produksi waste removal hingga 55 juta bcm per tahun
dan produksi batubara hingga 5 juta ton per tahun dengan
estimasi nilai proyek sebesar USD 1,3 miliar atau sekitar Rp
22 triliun.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penandatanganan SPPK tersebut berdampak positif terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kondisi keuangan dan kelangsungan usaha Perseroan ke
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, depan.

Disclosure of Information on the Execution of the Letter of
Type of Material Information or Facts Award and Notice to Proceed (SPPK) between the Company's
Subsidiary, PT DH Kontraktama Batubara (DHKB), and PT
Sebuku Sejaka Coal (SSC)
Description of Material Information or Following the completion of the evaluation process for the
Facts mining services proposal, DHKB and SSC have officially
executed the Letter of Award and Notice to Proceed (SPPK)
for the provision of primary mining contractor services at the
SSC Pit Mining Area, located on Pulau Laut, South
Kalimantan.
Pursuant to the SPPK, DHKB has been exclusively appointed
to carry out mining operations at the SSC Pit Mining Area. The
scope of work includes, among others:
a. Mine planning;
b. Land clearing, as well as overburden stripping, removal, and
stockpiling;
c. Overburden removal operations;
d. Coal mining operations;
e. Coal loading and hauling;
f. Maintenance of coal haul roads; and
g. Other supporting services.
The project has a term of five (5) years, or until the expiry of
the mining concession, whichever occurs first. The project is
expected to involve an estimated waste removal volume of up
to 55 million bank cubic metres (bcm) per annum and coal
production of up to 5 million tonnes per annum, with an
estimated total project value of USD 1.3 billion, equivalent to
approximately IDR 22 trillion.
