1. Jenis aset adalah 2 (dua) unit kapal tug boat,
Type of asset is 2 (two) unit tug boat vessel,
2. Nilai perolehan atas 2 (dua) unit Kapal adalah
sebesar Rp22.500.000.000,00 (dua puluh dua
milyar lima ratus juta rupiah).
The acguisition value of 2 (two) units of the
Vessels is Rp22.500.000.000,00 (twenty-two
billion five hundred million rupiah).
3. Sumber pendanaan untuk pembelian Kapal yaitu
800 berasal dari bank dan sisanya berasal dari
keuangan internal.
The funding for the purchase of the ship consists
of 8046 from banks and the remainder from
internal funds.
4. Penjual dari Kapal tersebut adalah PT Pelayaran
Sumber Bahari sebuah perusahaan yang
didirikan berdasarkan hukum negara Republik
Indonesia dan berdomisili di Serang Provinsi
Banten, bukan merupakan afiliasi dari Perseroan,
