ANNOUNCEMENT
Potential Delisting of Listed Companies
No.: Peng-S-00019/BEI.PLP/06-2026

1. Based on Exchange Regulation Number I-N regarding Delisting and Relisting, it is stipulated that the
delisting of shares of a Listed Company may be carried out based on a decision of the Exchange due
to the following conditions:
a. Provision III.1.3.1 of Regulation Number I-N: the Listed Company experiences a condition or
event that has a significant adverse impact on the continuity of the Listed Company’s business,
either financially or legally, and the Listed Company is unable to demonstrate adequate indications
of recovery;
b. Provision III.1.3.2 of Regulation Number I-N: the Listed Company fails to comply with the Listing
requirements of the Exchange; and/or
c. Provision III.1.3.3 of Regulation Number I-N: the shares of the Listed Company have been subject
to Securities Suspension, whether in the Regular Market and Cash Market, and/or in all Markets,
for at least the last 24 (twenty-four) months;
2. Furthermore, Provision III.5.3 of Regulation Number I-N stipulates that if the Listed Company has
been subject to Securities Suspension for 6 (six) consecutive months, hence:
a. Provision III.5.3.1 of Regulation Number I-N: the Exchange shall notify the public that the shares
of the Listed Company are potentially subject to Delisting through an Exchange Announcement;
b. Provision III.5.3.2 of Regulation Number I-N: the Exchange Announcement referred to above
shall be re-announced by the Exchange periodically every June and December until the Securities
Suspension is lifted or until the Delisting is carried out.
3. In connection with the foregoing, we hereby inform that as of 30 June 2026, the Securities
Suspension of the following Listed Companies has reached a period of 6 (six) months or more:
