 Untuk menanggapi tantangan perubahan iklim, SMBC Indonesia telah menetapkan target ambisius untuk
 mencapai net zero emission (NZE) atau emisi nol bersih pada tahun 2030 untuk seluruh kegiatan
 operasional kami. Tidak berhenti di sana, kami juga berkomitmen untuk mencapai emisi nol bersih pada
 seluruh portofolio pinjaman dan investasi kami pada tahun 2050

Langkah-langkah yang sudah dilakukan dan penurunan emisi yang telah dicapai dibandingkan tahun
sebelumnya.

Penjelasan:


Untuk menanggapi tantangan perubahan iklim, SMBC Indonesia telah menetapkan target ambisius untuk
mencapai net zero emission (NZE) atau emisi nol bersih pada tahun 2030 untuk seluruh kegiatan operasional
kami. Tidak berhenti di sana, kami juga berkomitmen untuk mencapai emisi nol bersih pada seluruh portofolio
pinjaman dan investasi kami pada tahun 2050

 SMBC Indonesia mengimplementasikan kebijakan tegas terkait pencegahan Fraud dengan membentuk Unit

 Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) SMBC Indonesia merupakan forum pengambilan keputusan

dan laporan rencana resolusi atau resolution plan. Secara umum, RUPS mencakup kewenangan yang tidak
diatur dalam kewenangan Direksi atau dan Dewan Komisaris. Melalui mekanisme RUPS, pemegang saham
memiliki kesempatan
untuk memberikan masukan, menyampaikan pendapat, dan memastikan bahwa keputusan yang diambil
perusahaan

 The legal system in Indonesia adopts a Dual Board where there is a supervisory function (which is carried

 Procedures of the Board of Directors and Work Procedures of Commissioners. These documents are
 available on the Bank's website and are reviewed periodically.

 Fraud prevention and prevention frameworks, policies and strategies in all aspects of SMBC Indonesia's

 carried out periodically by the Board of Commissioners through the Risk Monitoring Committee and the
 Board of Directors through the Risk Management Committee.

 the company's GMS, having the authority, among others, to approve the annual financial statements, ratify

 of Directors and Board of Commissioners as well as determine their remuneration or honorarium, appoint

 public accountants and Public Accounting Firms who will examine books or financial statements, approving

 strategic plans of the company, approving or accepting the RAKB, approving or receiving the report of the
 action plan or recovery plan, as well as receiving accountability reports on the use of funds from the public
 offering, reports related to business plans, sustainable financial action plan reports,
 and resolution plan report. In general, the GMS includes authority that is not regulated within the authority of
 the Board of Directors or the Board of Commissioners. Through the GMS mechanism, shareholders have
 the opportunity to provide input, express opinions, and ensure that the decisions taken by the company are
 in line with the common interests and principles of good governance.
