Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Indofarma (Persero) Tbk menyampaikan perkembangan
realisasi rencana pemulihan kondisi yang menyebabkan
suspensi efek Perseroan. Sepanjang Tahun Buku 2025,
Perseroan mencatat penjualan bersih sebesar Rp151,5 miliar
dan berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional melalui
penurunan Beban Pokok Penjualan sebesar 31,1 persen serta
penurunan beban penjualan dan beban umum dan
administrasi sebesar 55,7 persen. Upaya tersebut mendorong
penurunan rugi kotor sebesar 48,8 persen dan rugi bersih
sebesar 76,7 persen dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya.
Perseroan juga mencatat pertumbuhan ekspor sebesar 11,9
persen, memperoleh 29 sertifikasi, serta memperoleh opini
Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian atas Laporan Keuangan Tahun
Buku 2025.
Pada Triwulan I Tahun 2026, Perseroan menunjukkan
perbaikan kinerja terutama pada laba kotor seiring
peningkatan efisiensi operasional. Perseroan juga terus
melaksanakan kewajiban sesuai Putusan Homologasi serta
menjalankan strategi pemulihan tahun 2026 yang berfokus
pada Lean Manufacturing, penguatan pasar pemerintah dan
institusi, pengembangan sebagai produsen produk injeksi
terkemuka, serta pengembangan pusat produsen Obat Bahan
Alam, yang didukung oleh restrukturisasi operasional,
rasionalisasi portofolio produk, penguatan tata kelola, dan
pengembangan kemitraan strategis.

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perkembangan realisasi rencana pemulihan memberikan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dampak positif terhadap kondisi operasional dan keuangan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan. Program efisiensi dan restrukturisasi telah
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau meningkatkan kinerja operasional, memperbaiki struktur biaya,
Perusahaan Publik menurunkan rugi bersih, serta memperbaiki posisi defisiensi
modal. Perseroan juga terus melaksanakan kewajiban sesuai
Putusan Homologasi dan berkomitmen menjalankan seluruh
rencana pemulihan secara berkelanjutan guna mendukung
keberlangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Realization of the Recovery Plan for the Causes of
Type of Material Information or Facts Suspension
Description of Material Information or PT Indofarma (Persero) Tbk announced the progress of the
Facts implementation of its recovery plan related to the conditions
that caused the suspension of the Company shares. During
Financial Year 2025, the Company recorded net sales of IDR
151.5 billion and improved operational efficiency through a
31.1 percent reduction in cost of goods sold and a 55.7
percent reduction in selling, general and administrative
expenses. These initiatives resulted in a 48.8 percent
reduction in gross loss and a 76.7 percent reduction in net loss
compared with the previous year. The Company also achieved
export growth of 11.9 percent, obtained 29 certifications, and
received an unmodified audit opinion for its 2025 financial
statements.
In the first quarter of 2026, the Company continued to
demonstrate improving operating performance, particularly in
gross profit. The Company also continued the implementation
of its obligations under the homologation decision and pursued
its 2026 recovery strategy focusing on lean manufacturing,
strengthening the government and institutional market,
developing its injection manufacturing capability, and
expanding its natural medicine business, supported by
operational restructuring, portfolio rationalization, stronger
corporate governance, and strategic partnerships.
