Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PKPU PT Maja Agung Latexindo Tbk Pengadilan Niaga pada
Pengadilan Negeri Medan telah memutuskan perkara
Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang no 25/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga Mdn telah berakhir. Pengakhiran ini
didasarkan kepada pembayaran yang dilakukan dengan itikad
baik oleh PT Maja Agung Latexindo, Tbk.
Adapun amar Putusan no 25/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga
yaitu:
1. Menyatakan perkara Penundaan Kewajiban
Pembayaran Utang no 25/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga Mdn
telah berakhir;
2. Menyatakan perkara Penundaan Kewajiban
Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) Tetap atas PT Maja Agung
Latexindo demi hukum berakhir;
3. Menghukum Debitor / Termohon PKPU Tetap PT
Maja Agung Latexindo untuk membayar seluruh biaya perkara
sejumlah Rp 1.291.000,- (satu juta dua ratus sembilan puluh
satu ribu rupiah).
Pengakhiran PKPU PT Maja Agung Latexindo berdasarkan
Putusan no 25/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga telah
diumumkan pada surat kabar yaitu Koran Jakarta dan
Waspada yang terbit pada tanggal 25 Maret 2025.
Selain itu telah juga telah menerbitkan pengumuman Putusan
Pengakhiran PKPU pada Berita Negara RI tercatat dengan
nomor Berita Negara No 025 tanggal terbit 28 Maret 2025.

Description of Material Information or PKPU PT Maja Agung Latexindo Tbk The Commercial Court at
Facts the Medan District Court has decided that the case of
Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations no. 25/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga Mdn has ended. This termination is
based on payments made in good faith by PT Maja Agung
Latexindo, Tbk.
The Court Decision no. 25/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga is as
follows:
1. Declares the case of Postponement of Debt Payment
Obligations no. 25/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga Mdn has
ended;
2. Declares the case of Postponement of Debt Payment
Obligations (PKPU) Permanent for PT Maja Agung Latexindo
legally ended;
3. Sentencing the Debtor / Respondent of Permanent PKPU
PT Maja Agung Latexindo to pay all court costs amounting to
Rp1,291,000,- (one million two hundred and ninety one
thousand rupiah).
The termination of PKPU PT Maja Agung Latexindo based on
Decision no. 25/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga has been
announced in the newspapers, namely Koran Jakarta and
Waspada which were published on March 25, 2025
In addition, the announcement of the PKPU Termination
Decision has also been published in the State Gazette of the
Republic of Indonesia recorded with the State Gazette number
No. 025 dated March 28, 2025.
