Dear Sir/Madam, Respective with the conclusion of the Second Voluntary Tender Offer Period by Compagnie Gentrale des Etablissements Michelin (“CGEMP) for PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk (“MASA”) shares, we hereby submit the second voluntary tender offer result report in compliance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation No.54/POJK.04/2015 on Voluntary Tender Offers and referring to the disclosure of information of the voluntary tender offer process announced on 20 January 2025. The Second Voluntary Tender Offer Period was scheduled from 20 February 2025 to 14 March 2025, and the settlement of the transaction was completed on 26 March 2025, the voluntary tender offer price paid was in accordance with the disclosure of information, at Rp8,400 (eight hundred four hundred Rupiah) per share. Results of the Voluntary Tender Offer Process until the end of Second Period are as follows: Vumt | 29.102.995 252.486 oli Period Period I Period II 36 CGEM has acguired additional 252,486 (two hundred fifty two thousand four hundred eighty six) shares and after the settlement completion, CGEM owned 9,179,122,183 (nine billion one hundred seventy nine one hundred twenty two thousand one hundred eight three) shares representing 99.958Y6 (ninety nine point nine five eight percent) from the total number of shares issued and fully paid shares in MASA.
