Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 26 Maret 2025, Perseroan mengetahui informasi
bahwa IDXChannel.com pada tanggal 25 Maret 2025
menayangkan artikel berita dengan judul Pemegang Waran
FREN Resmi Ajukan Gugatan ke PN Jakpus. Sehubungan
dengan pemberitaan tersebut, dapat Perseroan informasikan
bahwa hingga tanggal surat ini disampaikan, Perseroan belum
menerima berkas gugatan yang dimaksudkan, oleh karena itu
Perseroan tidak / belum dapat memberikan informasi terkait
gugatan dimaksud.
Namun demikian, dapat Perseroan sampaikan juga bahwa
kuasa penggugat yang namanya disebutkan melalui
pemberitaan dimaksud telah menyampaikan surat somasi 1
dan surat somasi terakhir masing-masing tertanggal 10 Maret
2025 dan tertanggal 14 Maret 2025 (Somasi) kepada
Perseroan, dan Perseroan telah memberikan tanggapan
tertulis terhadap Somasi pada tanggal 19 Maret 2025 yang
disampaikan kepada kuasa penggugat baik melalui email
maupun surat tercatat.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Mengingat Perseroan belum menerima salinan gugatan,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan sehingga Perseroan belum mengetahui lebih detail mengenai
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, uraian lengkap gugatan, Perseroan menyakini bahwa tidak
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau ada dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
Perusahaan Publik keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan atas
pemberitaan ini hingga surat ini disampaikan.

Description of Material Information or On the 26th day of March 2025, The Company became award
Facts that IDXChannel.com on 25th of March 2025 has published a
news article with the title Pemegang Waran FREN Resmi
Ajukan Gugatan ke PN Jakpus. In relation to such news
article, the Company informs that up until the date of this letter,
the Company has yet to receive the relevant copy of the
lawsuit file, therefore the Company cannot / has not been able
to provide information regarding the lawsuit in question.
However, the Company can also convey that the attorney of
the plaintiff whose name is mentioned in the news in question
has submitted a summon letter 1 and a latest summon letter
each dated March 10, 2025 and March 14, 2025 respectively
(Summons) to the Company, and the Company has provided a
written response to such Summons on March 19, 2025 which
was delivered to the plaintiff's attorney both via email and
registered mail.
Impact of event, material information or Considering that the Company has yet to receive the copy of
facts towards Issuers or Public the lawsuit, so that the Company is not able to further know
Company’s operational activities, legal, details description of the lawsuit, the Company believes that
financial condition, or going concern there is no impact to the Company operational activities, legal
aspects, financial condition or business continuity that is
caused by this news up until this letter is delivered
