MAA POSTS 26.7% NET REVENUE INCREASE FOR FULL YEAR 2024
Jakarta, March 26th, 2025 – PT Map Ak3f Adiperkasa Tbk (MAA), the sports, kids and leisure
subsidiary of PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP), today announced its results for FY 2024.
Net revenue for the full year 2024 reached Rp17.2 trillion, represen3ng a 26.7% increase from
Rp13.6 trillion in 2023. Gross profit was up by 20.1% to Rp7.9 trillion from Rp6.6 trillion, with a
margin of 46.1%. Opera3ng profit grew 6.0% YoY from Rp2.0 trillion to Rp2.2 trillion, showing a
margin of 12.5%, while EBITDA increased by 13.6% to Rp3.4 trillion. Furthermore, MAA posted a
net profit of Rp1.3 trillion.
In Q4’24, MAA’s net revenue grew by 19.9% YoY to Rp4.8 trillion, with gross profit reaching
Rp2.2 trillion and GPM at 45.1%. Opera3ng profit amounted to Rp586 billion, with a margin of
12.3% while EBITDA stood at Rp948 billion. For the bo`om line, the Company managed to book a
net profit of Rp250 billion.

MAA con3nued to leverage its mul3-channel business model, ensuring it remained responsive to
varied customer demands across price points throughout 2024. At the same 3me, MAA enhanced
its digital presence, with online sales growing 35% YoY and contribu3ng 9.7% to total sales in FY
2024, reflec3ng the Company’s commitment to a seamless shopping experience across all
channels.
Ra3h concluded, “As we move into 2025, we are staying focused on our long-term goals to build a
resilient and adaptable business that can thrive across mul3 retail channels. Consistent with our
customer-centric approach, we are commi`ed to mee3ng demand across our brands year-round.

flexibility in our investment strategy to protect against any major adverse condi3ons.”
