Dengan ini PT Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk (“Perseroan”) menyampaikan Informasi
dan Fakta Material Lainnya bahwa pada tanggal 25 Maret 2025 telah menerima surat
pengunduran diri Bapak Yohanes Indro Laksono dari jabatannya selaku Direktur Perseroan.
Selanjutnya Perseroan akan memohon persetujuan pegunduran diri tersebut dalam agenda Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) mendatang.
Keterbukaan informasi di atas tidak berdampak negatif terhadap kelangsungan usaha, kegiatan
operasional, atau hukum Perseroan. Demikian keterbukaan informasi ini kami sampaikan.

Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies;
- POJK No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by
Issuers or Public Companies;
- Regulation Number I-E concerning the Obligation to Submit Information (Appendix to
the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-
2022 dated September 30, 2022 ("Regulation I-E"); and
- Association Articles of PT Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk
PT Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk (“the Company”) hereby conveys Other Material
Information and Facts that on March 25th, 2025 the Company received a resignation letter from
Mr. Yohanes Indro Laksono from his position as Company Director. Subsequently, the Company
will seek approval for the resignation in the agenda of upcoming Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders (AGMS).
The above information disclosure does not have a negative impact on the business continuity,
operational activities, or legal matters of the Company. Thus we convey this disclosure.
