Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 25 Maret 2025 - PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy
Tbk (PGE) (IDX: PGEO) mencatatkan pencapaian positif
sepanjang tahun 2024, mencerminkan ketahanan bisnis yang
solid, pengelolaan keuangan yang sehat, serta komitmen
dalam mendukung transisi energi nasional. Di tengah
tantangan industri dan dinamika ekonomi global, PGE berhasil
membukukan pendapatan sebesar USD407,12 juta meningkat
dari USD406,29 juta pada tahun sebelumnya, seiring dengan
meningkatnya permintaan energi bersih di Indonesia.
Berdasarkan laporan keuangan konsolidasian yang telah
diaudit (audited) dan disampaikan kepada publik pada 25
Maret 2025, PGE mencatat laba bersih USD160,30 juta di
tahun 2024. Meskipun mengalami sedikit penurunan dari
USD163,57 juta di tahun sebelumnya, PGE tetap menjaga
profitabilitas yang sehat, kas operasional yang kuat, serta
efisiensi dalam pengelolaan biaya.
Direktur Utama PGE Julfi Hadi, menyatakan, Kami terus
memperkuat posisi sebagai pemimpin industri panas bumi di
Indonesia dengan strategi operasional yang berkelanjutan.
Pada 2024, PGE berhasil mencatat produksi listrik dan
pendapatan tertinggi sepanjang sejarah, yang didukung oleh
peningkatan kinerja operasional di beberapa wilayah kerja
panas bumi. Kinerja yang solid ini mencerminkan komitmen
kami dalam mengoptimalkan sumber daya dan meningkatkan
kontribusi terhadap transisi energi nasional, ujar Julfi.
Sementara itu, Direktur Keuangan PGE Yurizki Rio,
menambahkan, PGE tetap fokus pada pengelolaan keuangan
yang prudent dan optimal untuk memastikan keberlanjutan
investasi dalam pengembangan proyek panas bumi baru dan
peningkatan kapasitas produksi. Memang beban operasi
meningkat, tetapi ini merupakan bagian dari investasi strategis
untuk memperkuat fondasi pertumbuhan jangka panjang dan
mendukung ekspansi kapasitas lebih besar ke depan.
Beban pokok pendapatan meningkat menjadi USD164,89 juta
dari USD158,35 juta di tahun sebelumnya, seiring dengan
ekspansi kapasitas. Namun, arus kas operasional yang
meningkat dari USD255,19 juta di 2023 menjadi USD258,29
juta di 2024 mencerminkan stabilitas pendapatan dan
efektivitas pengendalian biaya. Sementara itu, peningkatan
aset dan pengelolaan liabilitas yang lebih baik juga menjadi
indikator positif kinerja perusahaan.
Lebih lanjut, pada tahun 2024, PGE mencatat peningkatan
produksi di berbagai wilayah, termasuk Kamojang (+5,36%
YoY), Lahendong (+0,40%), dan Lumut Balai (+2,72% YoY).
Secara keseluruhan, produksi listrik mencapai 4.827,22 GWh,
meningkat 1,96% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya,
mencerminkan stabilitas dan efisiensi operasional.
Total aset PGE meningkat dari USD2,96 miliar pada 2023
menjadi USD2,99 miliar di 2024,menandakan pertumbuhan
bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Di sisi lain, liabilitas berhasil ditekan
dari USD992,89 juta menjadi USD988,65 juta, menunjukkan
upaya efisiensi dalam pengelolaan utang.
Sebagai bagian dari strategi pertumbuhan berkelanjutan, PGE
terus memperluas portofolio proyek panas bumi dengan
mengembangkan berbagai Wilayah Kerja Panas Bumi (WKP)
baru untuk terus meningkatkan kontribusi dalam mendukung

target bauran energi nasional sebesar 23% energi baru dan
terbarukan pada tahun 2025.
Menatap 2025, PGE optimistis terhadap prospek pertumbuhan
dengan rencana commissioning Lumut Balai Unit 2
berkapasitas 55 MW pada tahun ini. Tambahan kapasitas ini
tidak hanya memperkuat portofolio energi hijau PGE, tetapi
juga berpotensi meningkatkan pendapatan dan daya saing
dalam menghadapi permintaan energi bersih yang terus
berkembang.
Memperkuat Komitmen pada Keberlanjutan
Perusahaan telah menjalankan berbagai inisiatif keberlanjutan,
termasuk peningkatan efisiensi energi, pengurangan emisi
karbon, perlindungan lingkungan, serta program
pemberdayaan masyarakat di sekitar area operasional.
Teknologi ramah lingkungan yang diadopsi PGE mencakup
sistem pemantauan emisi real-time, optimalisasi pemanfaatan
air, serta peningkatan efisiensi energi di seluruh fasilitas.
Perusahaan juga aktif dalam upaya reforestasi dan konservasi
ekosistem di sekitar wilayah kerja panas bumi, bekerja sama
dengan komunitas lokal dan lembaga lingkungan.
Dari sisi tata kelola perusahaan, PGE terus berkomitmen untuk

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, March 25, 2025 - PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy
Facts Tbk (PGE) (IDX: PGEO) recorded positive achievements
throughout 2024, reflecting solid business resilience, sound
financial management, and commitment in supporting the
national energy transition. Amidst industry challenges and
global economic dynamics, PGE managed to book revenue of
USD407.12 million, up from USD406.29 million in the previous
year, in line with the increasing demand for clean energy in
Indonesia.
Based on the audited consolidated financial statements made
public on March 25, 2025, PGE recorded a net profit of
USD160.30 million in 2024. Despite a slight decline from
USD163.57 million in the previous year, PGE maintained
healthy profitability, strong operating cash, and efficiency in
cost management.
PGE President Director Julfi Hadi, stated, We continue to
strengthen our position as the leader of the geothermal
industry in Indonesia with a sustainable operational strategy. In
2024, PGE managed to record the highest electricity
production and revenue in history, supported by improved
operational performance in several geothermal working areas.
This solid performance reflects our commitment to optimizing
resources and increasing our contribution to the national
energy transition, Julfi said.
Meanwhile, PGE Finance Director Yurizki Rio, added that PGE
remains focused on prudent and optimal financial
management to ensure the sustainability of investments in the
development of new geothermal projects and increased
production capacity. Indeed, operating expenses increased,
but this is part of strategic investments to strengthen the
foundation for long-term growth and support greater capacity
expansion going forward.
Cost of revenue increased to USD164.89 million from
USD158.35 million in the previous year, in line with capacity
expansion. However, operating cash flow improved from
USD255.19 million in 2023 to USD258.29 million in 2024
reflecting revenue stability and cost control effectiveness.
Meanwhile, the increase in assets and better management of
liabilities are also positive indicators of the company's
performance.
Furthermore, in 2024, PGE recorded increased production in
various regions, including Kamojang (+5.36% YoY),
Lahendong (+0.40%), and Lumut Balai (+2.72% YoY). Overall,
electricity production reached 4,827.22 GWh, an increase of
1.96% compared to the previous year, reflecting operational
stability and efficiency.
PGE's total assets increased from USD2.96 billion in 2023 to
USD2.99 billion in 2024, signaling continued business growth.
On the other hand, liabilities were successfully reduced from
USD992.89 million to USD988.65 million, demonstrating
efficiency efforts in debt management.
As part of its sustainable growth strategy, PGE continues to
expand its geothermal project portfolio by developing various
new Geothermal Working Areas (WKP) to continue to increase
its contribution in supporting the national energy mix target of
23% new and renewable energy by 2025.

Looking ahead to 2025, PGE is optimistic about its growth
prospects with the planned commissioning of the 55 MW
Lumut Balai Unit 2 this year. This additional capacity not only
strengthens PGE's green energy portfolio, but also has the
potential to increase revenue and competitiveness in the face
of growing demand for clean energy.
Strengthening Commitment to Sustainability
The company has undertaken various sustainability initiatives,
including energy efficiency improvement, carbon emission
reduction, environmental protection, and community
empowerment programs around its operational areas.
Environmentally friendly technologies adopted by PGE include
real-time emission monitoring systems, water utilization
optimization, and energy efficiency improvements across all
facilities. The company is also active in reforestation and
ecosystem conservation efforts around its geothermal working
areas, in collaboration with local communities and
environmental organizations.
In terms of corporate governance, PGE continues to be
committed to implementing Environment, Social, and
Governance (ESG) principles as part of its sustainable
business strategy. With this commitment, PGE is optimistic
that it can continue to contribute to national energy security
and accelerate the transition to clean energy in Indonesia.
