Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan ketentuan pada Tranche A & Tranche B
Perjanjian Perdamaian yang telah disahkan oleh Majelis
Hakim pada Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri
Jakarta Pusat dengan nomor perkara No. 497/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2021/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst tertanggal 28 Juni 2022 yang
telah berkekuatan hukum tetap dan berlaku efektif sejak
tanggal 20 September 2022 sesuai Putusan Mahkamah Agung
Republik Indonesia No.1455 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2022 (Perjanjian
Perdamaian), WSBP telah melakukan pembayaran CFADS
Tahap V sebesar Rp106.361.925.369,- (seratus enam miliar
tiga ratus enam puluh satu juta sembilan ratus dua puluh lima
ribu tiga ratus enam puluh sembilan rupiah) pada tanggal 25
Maret 2025 dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
1. Sebesar Rp3.266.064.567,- (tiga miliar dua ratus enam
puluh enam juta enam puluh empat ribu lima ratus enam puluh
tujuh rupiah) yang merupakan pembayaran kupon Obligasi
Waskita Beton Precast I dan II Tahun 2022;
2. Sebesar Rp36.287.320.556,- (tiga puluh enam miliar dua
ratus delapan puluh tujuh juta tiga ratus dua puluh ribu lima
ratus lima puluh enam rupiah) yang merupakan pembayaran
bunga kepada Kreditur Finansial (Perbankan);
3. Sebesar Rp66.808.540.246,- (enam puluh enam miliar
delapan ratus delapan juta lima ratus empat puluh ribu dua
ratus empat puluh enam rupiah) yang merupakan pembayaran
CFADS Tahap V kepada Kreditur Dagang (Kreditur Dagang
Aktif dan Kreditur Dagang Terdahulu).
Dalam pembayaran CFADS Tahap V tersebut terdapat alokasi
atas dana hasil lelang aset Perseroan (asset disposal) yang
telah dijalankan pada tanggal 8 Januari 2025. Adapun dana
yang dialokasikan sebesar Rp1.314.633.360,- (satu miliar tiga
ratus empat belas juta enam ratus tiga puluh tiga ribu tiga
ratus enam puluh rupiah) dengan detail sebagai berikut:
1. Sebesar Rp1.031.885.108,- (satu miliar tiga puluh satu juta
delapan ratus delapan puluh lima ribu seratus delapan rupiah)
merupakan porsi pembayaran pokok kepada Kreditur Finansial
(Perbankan) yang telah dibayarkan pada 25 Maret 2025;
2. Sebesar Rp155.962.610,- (seratus lima puluh lima juta
sembilan ratus enam puluh dua ribu enam ratus sepuluh
rupiah) merupakan porsi pembayaran kepada Kreditur Dagang
(Kreditur Dagang Aktif dan Kreditur Dagang Terdahulu) yang
telah dibayarkan pada 25 Maret 2025;
3. Sebesar Rp93.045.455,- (sembilan puluh tiga juta empat
puluh lima ribu empat ratus lima puluh lima rupiah) merupakan
porsi pembayaran pokok Obligasi Waskita Beton Precast I dan
II Tahun 2022 (Belum dilakukan distribusi dan masuk ke dalam
sinking fund);
4. Sebesar Rp33.740.187,- (tiga puluh tiga juta tujuh ratus
empat puluh ribu seratus delapan puluh tujuh rupiah)
merupakan porsi pembayaran kepada PT Bank DKI selaku
Kreditur Finansial Lainnya (Belum dilakukan distribusi dan
masuk ke dalam sinking fund).
WSBP akan melaksanakan pembayaran CFADS tahap
berikutnya pada tanggal 25 September 2025.

Description of Material Information or Based on the provisions in Tranche A & Tranche B of the
Facts Peace Agreement which was ratified by the Panel of Judges at
the Commercial Court of the Central Jakarta District Court with
case number No. 497/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2021/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst
dated June 28, 2022, which has permanent legal force and is
effective since September 20, 2022, in accordance with the
Decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia
No. 1455 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2022 ("Peace Agreement"), WSBP
has made a payment of CFADS Stage V amounting to IDR
106,361,925,369 (one hundred six billion three hundred sixty-
one million nine hundred twenty-five thousand three hundred
sixty-nine Rupiah) on March 25, 2025, with the following
details:
1. IDR 3,266,064,567 (three billion two hundred sixty-six
million sixty-four thousand five hundred sixty-seven Rupiah),
which is the payment of coupon interest on Waskita Beton
Precast Bonds I and II of 2022;
2. IDR 36,287,320,556 (thirty-six billion two hundred eighty-
seven million three hundred twenty thousand five hundred fifty-
six Rupiah), which is the interest payment to Financial
Creditors (Banking);
3. IDR 66,808,540,246 (sixty-six billion eight hundred eight
million five hundred forty thousand two hundred forty-six
Rupiah), which is the CFADS Stage V payment to Trade
Creditors (Active Trade Creditors and Previous Trade
Creditors).
In this CFADS Stage V payment, there is an allocation of funds
from the company's asset auction (asset disposal) that was
conducted on January 8, 2025. The allocated funds amount to
IDR 1,314,633,360 (one billion three hundred fourteen million
six hundred thirty-three thousand three hundred sixty Rupiah)
with the following details:
1. IDR 1,031,885,108 (one billion thirty-one million eight
hundred eighty-five thousand one hundred eight Rupiah),
which is the principal payment portion to Financial Creditors
(Banking) that was paid on March 25, 2025;
2. IDR 155,962,610 (one hundred fifty-five million nine hundred
sixty-two thousand six hundred ten Rupiah), which is the
payment portion to Trade Creditors (Active Trade Creditors
and Previous Trade Creditors) that was paid on March 25,
2025;
3. IDR 93,045,455 (ninety-three million forty-five thousand four
hundred fifty-five Rupiah), which is the principal payment
portion of Waskita Beton Precast Bonds I and II of 2022
(Distribution has not been made and is included in the sinking
fund);
4. IDR 33,740,187 (thirty-three million seven hundred forty
thousand one hundred eighty-seven Rupiah), which is the
payment portion to PT Bank DKI as Other Financial Creditors
(Distribution has not been made and is included in the sinking
fund).
WSBP will make the next CFADS payment on September 25,
2025.
