Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 25 Maret 2025, Perseroan telah menerima surat
pengunduran diri anggota Direksi Perseroan yaitu:
- Bapak Hery Gunardi sebagai Direktur Utama
Perseroan
- Bapak Saladin D. Effendi sebagai Direktur
Information Technology Perseroan
Pengunduran diri tersebut dikarenakan pengangkatan sebagai
anggota Direksi PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk
dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan PT Bank
Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk tanggal 24 Maret 2025.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dengan diterimanya surat pengunduran diri anggota Direksi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dimaksud, maka yang bersangkutan tidak lagi menjadi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, anggota Direksi di Perseroan. Selanjutnya berdasarkan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dan POJK No.33/POJK.04/2014
Perusahaan Publik tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten dan Perusahaan
Terbuka, Perseroan akan menyelenggarakan Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham (RUPS) dalam jangka waktu paling lama 90
hari kalender setelah diterima surat pengunduran diri.
Sejak berakhirnya masa jabatan anggota Direksi Perseroan
sebagaimana tersebut di atas, maka Pelaksana tugas Anggota
Direksi Perseroan tersebut akan dijalankan oleh anggota
Direksi lain sesuai mekanisme internal Perseroan.

Directors, namely:
- Mr. Hery Gunardi as President Director of the
Company
- Mr. Saladin D. Effendi as Director of Information
Technology of the Company
The resignation was due to his appointment as a member of
the Board of Directors of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero)
Tbk at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PT
Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk on March 24, 2025.
